"Reinforce it for me!" Xiar couldn't help but shout.
At that moment, the Consciousness Entity, radiant like the sun, was undergoing violent turbulence. Black dots began to appear on its surface, continuously swelling and bursting from within.
These were not Sunspots; they were true Consciousness Bombs. If no preparations were made, a complete explosion would occur!
A surge of mental energy poured into the mysterious space, instantly merging with the dazzling Consciousness Entity, attempting to reinforce its body to withstand this invasion.
This reinforcement was akin to giving a sick person a powerful tonic to boost their Immunity against illness.
However, it was like adding fuel to the fire, as a brilliant purple flame erupted explosively, engulfing the entire radiant consciousness group in flames.
Xiar had no choice but to retreat because this flame was even more terrifying than the Spirit Fire cast by Firefly. If he didn't leave soon, it could very well burn through his Entity along with his spirit.
Just then, an anomaly occurred—a mysterious and ethereal presence descended!
A vast and boundless Ancient City suddenly appeared in the sky, with just one corner of its wall occupying the entire space above him.
The ancient walls flowed with the Trace of Time, carrying the weight of History that had endured for thousands or even tens of thousands of years.
A colossal figure loomed over the magnificent empty city, with tentacles as thick as several meters dropping from the weathered ancient walls, instantly transforming into countless threads thinner than a needle's tip.
These threads wove into the Sea of Devil's Algae, quickly spreading across the entire ocean.
"It seems that a World Guardian has descended!" Xiar murmured to himself.
The figure before him seemed to be timeless, as if it had existed alongside the world itself for countless years, bearing a weight of experience that was almost unbearable.
Xiar speculated that this entity was likely the guardian of the world. With the opening of the Source Gate, the entire realm would be affected, and under such circumstances, this being appeared time and again.
In his view, the Disaster Level had already reached the highest tier permissible by the world, as the attack power of the Disaster Beasts rivaled that of nuclear weapons. A multitude of nuclear bombs could wipe out most of humanity on Earth.
Moreover, each of these Disaster Beasts functioned as a mobile nuclear arsenal, capable of unleashing terrifying attacks that could obliterate the surface of the entire world!
Now, these moving arsenals were even seeking Evolution.
If their power was already so formidable, further Evolution could potentially transform them into planet-destroying weapons, capable of annihilating a whole planet with a single shot!
Such a terrifying existence would never be allowed by the world's consciousness. If there were any signs of it, immediate extermination would follow.
It was highly likely that this figure in the sky was indeed the guardian of the world's consciousness.
Once the Net of Magic Algae fully matured, it would surpass the Disaster Beasts and become the one true God in existence.
When it collapsed and exploded, it would cause unparalleled destruction, enough to annihilate all life occupying over a million square kilometers of the Sea of Devil's Algae.
It could even turn this place into a wasteland where nothing would grow for centuries or millennia!
Amidst such circumstances, a city appeared in the sky as if the heavens themselves were collapsing.
As the saying goes, when something tall falls, it is supported by something even taller. In this sea region, the tallest figure was undoubtedly the Great Banyan Tree Phantom, its massive silhouette towering hundreds of meters high like a mountain.
The Great Banyan Tree Phantom erupted with a dazzling green light, colliding with countless descending threads, sending terrifying waves rippling through the air.
There was not a sound!
Xiar felt as if he were witnessing a silent nuclear explosion, a tremendous force sweeping across the sky above him, causing the entire sea to ripple in response.
In the next moment, the outcome was decided; the Great Banyan Tree Phantom collapsed instantly, like a punctured balloon, bursting with a thunderous roar.
Yet the threads were also swept away, shattered and melted in the explosion.
Ling Kong hovered above the surface of the sea, her face pale. Blood streamed from her ears, nose, and eyes as she turned to Xiar and coldly said, "Foolish one, he is the greatest enemy of all who desire Evolution! By becoming his servant, you are destined to be at odds with all Fourth-Level Experts!"
Boom!
Krodar's body completely disintegrated, turning into a mass of flesh that stained a large area of the sea red.
Xiar opened his mouth, unsure of what to say. Clearly, they attributed the presence in the sky to him, believing he had summoned it.
"You think I have that kind of power? If I did, would I be oppressed like this?"
Becoming an enemy of all Fourth-Level Experts made Xiar feel as if his heart was being crushed; he had become the ultimate scapegoat.
This world had dozens of Fourth-Level Experts, including ancient monsters who had survived for one or two hundred years. If Chloe spread this information widely, Xiar could foresee that he would soon be hunted down and exterminated!
But right now, he had no time to dwell on such thoughts, as countless threads began to descend from the sky once again, falling like rain.
Then, an even more terrifying explosion occurred. The Consciousness Entity nurtured by the Net of Magic Algae completely collapsed after being released from its suppression.
The entire sea boiled, raising towering waves dozens to hundreds of meters high, surging forth like a doomsday tide in all directions.
In this apocalyptic scene, Xiar could only bring Warner, Zoro, and the Lion of Hunt to the back of the giant turtle.
His defenses could withstand such turbulent currents, but Warner and the others would be utterly torn apart by the doomsday tsunami!
A massive hollow was drilled into the back of the giant turtle by the Banyan Tree Seedling, and everyone hurried inside. In the next moment, they were swept away like leaves by the raging waves.
If one were to look from above, they would see a water wall dozens to hundreds of meters high rising from the surface of the sea, with a deep whirlpool forming at its center, almost revealing several meters of the seabed!
