As the Mode War commenced, the Twilight Forest, already a forbidden land for the living, grew increasingly eerie and terrifying.
The mist above the forest thickened, and the trees seemed to stretch upward, as if trying to touch the sky.
Countless fierce beasts and monsters inhabited this forest, where adventurers suffered heavy casualties; the deeper one ventured, the greater the danger became.

Beneath the giant beast, Warner was providing Xiar with a detailed report while a purple-haired woman stood expressionlessly behind them.
"Its flight mode utilizes Magic Web to control direction and flight path targets. Source Crystals serve as activation energy, while abundant Source Power permeates everywhere as core energy. It propels itself by expelling gas, achieving subsonic flight speeds... Each protrusion on its surface harbors members of the Flying Insect Tribe, which sleep to conserve energy. When war breaks out, they can be instantly awakened for collective combat..."
"When necessary, it can burn its life force to temporarily exceed the speed of sound. Additionally, using Source Crystals as energy, it can unleash death beams that deliver attack effects comparable to Ultimate Form..."
"Then let it attempt a test flight," Xiar said calmly.
Subsequently, tentacles extended from the monster's abdomen, transforming into gray steps for the three individuals to ascend.
Inside the creature's abdomen was not the blood vessels and muscles one might expect; instead, there was a crystalline passage extending all the way to its head.
A massive cavity spanning several square meters appeared before them, featuring a one-meter-square grayish-white platform at its center. On top of this platform lay thousands of Source Crystals piled within a depression.
Xiar's eyes twitched slightly. Although two Source Crystal Veins had been discovered in the Twilight Forest, such a terrifying consumption was not something that could be easily afforded.

The circular platform emitted a faint Grayish White glow, and then one Source Crystal after another melted and dissolved, flowing into the pipes below. The entire colossal beast trembled slightly.
Before the three of them, crystal panels appeared abruptly, displaying scenes from all directions like liquid crystal displays. The surrounding trees were clearly visible, even the patterns on the leaves could be discerned!
"This uses the Vision Sharing Spirit Technique, with an eye placed all over Leviathan. Consuming Source Crystals allows for real-time imagery," Warner explained.

Once again, there was a slight sinking sensation beneath their feet, and the trees displayed on the screens rapidly shifted downward as the massive creature activated.

The scene was explosively dramatic; a fifty-meter-long behemoth comparable to a Steamship was truly taking flight!
The Frenzy of airflow swept in all directions, lifting stones, fallen leaves, and dead branches from the ground, creating an explosive sound as trees within hundreds of meters began to sway violently.
Roar!
The giant beast let out a deep growl as it tilted and charged toward the sky, plunging into the thick mist that perpetually enveloped the Twilight Forest.
This mist was formed by countless special plants in the forest combined with constant rainfall throughout the year, resulting in reduced visibility. Most plants had been forced to evolve into shade-loving species or those that could thrive with only minimal light.
Xiar gazed at the images on the crystal panels, which were now all shrouded in mist.
Moments later, on the largest crystal panel directly in front of him, a blinding golden light suddenly erupted—piercing through the fog!
Leviathan emerged from the endless mist like a whale breaching the surface of water, soaring above the fog and pressing everything beneath it.
"I've truly created something akin to the Zerg's Ultimate Battleship from the game—a warship sailing in the Sky!" Xiar couldn't help but feel overwhelmed with emotion.
Even though his goal was to reach the stars and seas with the Flowering Family, such a creation had never existed before his crossing.
Unfortunately, the Zerg Ultimate Battleship in the game is a standard Starship, measuring thousands of meters long and capable of destroying planets.
In this world, that means each attack can surpass the strikes of top-tier Disaster Beasts!
However, a game is just a game. The fact that he could create such a colossal beast in just over a month was already a combination of miracles, along with the relentless efforts of Kerrigan, Warner, and others, which finally led to success.
Building a true Zerg battleship is still a long way off.
But he had made some progress; he had found a path. In the future, he could present the combat mode of the interstellar Zerg in this world, thus possessing the ultimate power to annihilate everything!
“As an attacking force, this Leviathan carries 10 Brain Worms, 60 Exploding Bats, and 180 Death Scythes. Among them, the Exploding Bats have extremely powerful self-destruct capabilities, making them the strongest attack method of this giant beast. During the development process of the Leviathan, Xiar did not participate fully; he merely provided research direction and basic resources. His main task was to control the Invasion Network, which occupied most of his time.
“The Leviathan does not possess independent consciousness but is controlled by 10 Brain Worms working together, executing effective attacks based on commands.”
Xiar nodded in understanding. A beast of such size completed in such a short time naturally has many flaws.
The most fatal flaw is its inability to form independent consciousness; it can only be controlled like a Steamship.
