Chapter 181: The Defiant Twelve Fierce Warriors
The significance of the Spatial Bag to Lian Yun lay in its ability to conceal his identity.
Previously, many people were able to recognize Lian Yun because of the Black Tai Greatsword in his possession. Despite its dark appearance, it bore Lian Yun's mark.
Thus, even with a Mask on, he was still easily identifiable.

Next, he affixed the black Greatsword's blade beneath the Wutai Sword's hilt and wrapped it with the Spatial Bag as a disguise.
After adjusting it a few times and confirming that it looked somewhat odd yet had no flaws, he unfastened the Spatial Bag, took out Wu Tai, and returned the black Greatsword's blade into the Spatial Bag before tucking it away.
Returning to his original appearance, he then proceeded to meet up with Joseph and the others in the valley.
When Lian Yun exited the general store with the bread from his Hidden Mission, Joseph immediately expressed a strong desire to return to the novice village.
This struck Lian Yun as somewhat strange, but he held Joseph back and first revealed Tailor Liu's Hidden Mission along with details about the elixir.
