Ye Kai lowered his gun, his expression cold. "Foolish Fish, you better hurry up; otherwise, you might just end up as a dead fish!"
"You’re looking for death. I’ll start by breaking that hand holding the gun!"
The woman spoke fiercely. With a sudden burst of strength, the ground erupted in a cloud of dust as she disappeared from sight. When she reappeared, her arms had transformed into two massive whips that struck Ye Yi and Ye Er, sending them flying.
"Bang!"
A muffled sound suddenly echoed out. Ye Kai felt a slight dizziness in his head, and when he regained focus, he realized he had been thrown at least fifteen meters away. Looking down at his abdomen, he saw a translucent fist mark appearing there.
For a moment, everyone was stunned.
Silently rising to his feet, Ye Kai brushed off the grass clippings from his clothes, his expression unchanged, as if he felt nothing at all—certainly not the demeanor of someone who had just been sent flying by a punch.
“Damn humans, how can they have such tough armor?!” The woman growled, her eyes fierce like a wolf.
“Woman!”
Ye Kai pushed aside Ye Yi and Ye Er, who had rushed to his side. His gaze was deep and his tone indifferent as he spoke, “Do you know? This is the second time I’ve encountered a life-threatening situation.”
The woman glanced at him with disdain and said, “Ha, the second time? Even if you are a pure-blood Monster Hunter, what does it matter? If I want to kill you, there’s no escape for you, even if you run to the End of the World.”
“Heh heh!”
Ye Kai suddenly chuckled lightly and nodded. “Indeed, I must admit you are quite formidable. However, it’s a pity…”
“A pity for what?”
The woman paused for a moment, then scoffed. She didn’t believe this man could stir up much trouble.

As the two Rocket Launcher explosions rolled away several meters, they revealed a deep crater that was more than a person’s height.
