Soon, Ye Kai and WIKI entered the cave directly.
"Whoa!"
As soon as they stepped into the hall, they saw Wolf Cypress leap awkwardly to avoid a green whip-like shadow. With a howl, he transformed into a Silver Giant Wolf.
"You little whelp! If I don't get serious, do you think my skills are lacking?!" Emerald Snake's body erupted in smoke, transforming into a girl who looked no older than three or four years old, angrily scolding him.
A girl?
Ye Kai was taken aback by this revelation; the girl appeared to be no more than three or four years old!
What kind of environment had she grown up in to develop such a temperament?

Thirty thousand years, three or four years...
Could this girl’s true form, that green snake, also be an Ancient Fierce Beast measured in tens of thousands of years?
Wolf Cypress's eyes filled with fierce intensity, and he let out low growls from his gaping mouth, sounding threatening.
However, anyone who saw him like this would immediately realize that he was all bark and no bite!
“The Seven-Colored Lotus is a rare treasure, of course, it belongs to the virtuous. Why should it be yours!” Wolf Cypress was unwilling to back down, his silver-white fur bristling as if stirred by an unseen wind.
“What?”
The Girl’s fair face immediately flushed red, her arched brows shooting down in anger. She struck out with a burst of green light, cursing loudly, “You little Whelp, if I don’t skin you alive and make soup out of you today, I won’t be called Lu Jiu!”
“Bang!!!”
Transforming into a streak of silver light, Wolf Cypress dodged the attack and appeared ten meters away, defiantly raising his neck and saying, “I’m not afraid of you!!!”
Although Wolf Cypress felt a sense of dread in his heart, he still refused to retreat. His fierce beastly eyes suddenly shifted, and he seemed to conjure an extra pupil out of thin air. It appeared that he had some confidence left; despite his fear, he gritted his teeth and stood his ground.
“Oh ho!”
“Whelp, you’ve got some guts! I’m going to teach you a lesson today!”
The Emerald Serpent Lu Jiu, taking on the form of a young girl, suddenly conjured a long sword that radiated red light in her hand. However, she didn’t look at Wolf Cypress; instead, she focused intently on another side of the hall.
Not just her; at that moment, even Wolf Cypress sensed two familiar presences and inwardly groaned: “Am I really this unlucky? Just entered the snake’s den and now a fierce tiger shows up!!!”
Ye Kai entered the spacious Cave with WIKI by his side, casually smiling as he said, “Oh, Wolf, we meet again. What a coincidence!”
“What coincidence?!” Wolf Cypress genuinely wanted to explode in anger but was too intimidated by Ye Kai’s strength. He had no choice but to force a smile and say, “Indeed, I didn’t expect to run into you here. We really are fated.”
“Hey hey hey!”
Lu Jiu waved her long sword, which was about her height, impatiently shouting, “I don’t care whether you two know each other or not! Get lost quickly; otherwise, I’ll eat people—oh no, I’ll eat monsters!!!”
As a wave of murderous intent spread through the air, Wolf Cypress was startled, his body tensing up as he jumped aside, a grave expression on his face.
"Boom!"
Suddenly, a violent tremor shook the cave, causing it to sway violently as countless fragments of rock and dust began to fall.
"Right, as much as I dislike saying this, this cave won't hold for much longer. And those three are not something we can contend with. If you want Rainbow Lotus to remain safe, none of you can do it!"
Ye Kai chuckled lightly, then released a layer of magical energy to disperse the falling debris. Seeing Lu Jiu about to make a move, Wolf Cypress also summoned his power, shaking his head with a wry smile. "Hold on! No matter what you think, this place is destined to collapse. If you have the ability, then contain it without harming a single fragment."
"Do you have a way?!"
Lu Jiu was the most anxious among them. If she had any means to collect Rainbow Lotus, she wouldn't have been stalling for so long; she would have simply acted and swallowed Whelp along with that detestable human.
"What? Wolf, are you planning to test my abilities again?" Ye Kai raised an eyebrow, looking at the monstrous mouth that was about to unleash a demon core with a smirk.
"Ugh!"
It was as if he had fallen into an illusion and suddenly snapped back to reality. Wolf Cypress shuddered; he had almost forgotten about this guy's capabilities. If he really made a move...
There was no way he could win. Even if he had a slim chance of victory, he would definitely be devoured by the vicious green serpent before him.
Thinking of this, his body radiated light as he transformed into human form, cupping his hands together with an honest smile. "How could that be? How could that be? I truly admire you... You are Tang Qin Wang?"
At the end of his words, his expression froze in shock as he stared wide-eyed at Ye Kai.
Lu Jiu had no idea what Qin Wang meant, but she had witnessed how Wolf Cypress, this Whelp, still harbored thoughts of fighting when facing her. Yet now, in front of this person, he was surprisingly eager to curry favor.
How is this possible?
This guy doesn't look that impressive, does he?
Why is this Whelp so afraid of him?
Focusing her gaze on the human man ahead, she was suddenly taken aback.
She hadn't noticed before, but the 'woman' beside him didn't seem like an ordinary creature. She couldn't identify what race she belonged to, but one thing was certain.
This 'woman' appeared to be very special; it felt as if she could transform into countless forms in an instant if needed.
Yet, upon closer inspection, it seemed that this woman wasn't a creature at all. She resembled a stone, giving off an illusion of being completely lifeless!
This was simply bizarre to the extreme!
Looking at the Whelp, Lü Jiu fell into a state of confusion, her body flickering with shades of green, as if she were constantly shifting between human form and that of a ferocious beast.
"Boom!!!"
At that moment, a violent tremor far more terrifying than before shook the cave, making it feel like a fragile boat in a storm, ready to capsize at any moment.
"Bang!"
Ye Kai casually smashed the giant rock that fell from above with a single palm strike. With a wave of his sleeve, he sent flying several smaller stones: "Time is running out; you all need to make a decision quickly. Otherwise, I might have to take action."
Lü Jiu snapped back to reality, her expression tightening as she nearly drew her sword, her entire demeanor shifting to one of extreme vigilance.
However, she soon realized with a hint of embarrassment that the other party didn't seem to be making any moves to snatch it from her. Although she was unsure of this person's exact strength, it was clear that the strange woman and that Whelp were formidable enough to instill fear. It was wise for her to remain cautious.
This person was definitely not someone to be trifled with.
Noticing Lu Jiu's hesitation, Ye Kai took out a Life Pearl and explained, "I possess a treasure that can ensure the Rainbow Lotus remains intact and won't wither immediately after being removed from the ground!"
"So..."
"Boom!"
A flicker of reluctance and hesitation crossed Lu Jiu's face, but she finally made up her mind. She stepped back, but as she retreated, her sword suddenly slashed out a streak of emerald light. When it struck the cave wall, it silently obliterated a large section of rock.
"What overwhelming power!" Ye Kai gasped in shock.
He began to understand the strength of this girl, who appeared to be only three or four years old; just that one strike was enough to completely overpower him.
At this moment, Wolf Cypress was secretly swallowing hard, filled with trepidation.
By now, he had completely abandoned any thoughts of the Seven-Colored Lotus.
If either side made a move, he would undoubtedly meet his end—what was the point of playing around anymore?
"Boom!"
"Bang bang!"
As the Mountain Body shook violently, all three felt their hearts leap. They each took action to shatter the massive stones that were collapsing around them, then used their magical powers to toss them aside.
Ye Kai watched as Lu Jiu's expression fluctuated between anger and calmness, finding it amusing but refraining from provoking her further. After all, she still had a childlike temperament; if he upset her, he would be the one to suffer and would have no chance of obtaining the Rainbow Lotus.
If she were to unleash her fury and destroy the Rainbow Lotus, he would truly have reason to cry!
Ancient Fierce Beasts, indeed!
This was a race that could not be measured by common sense!
A loud rumble echoed through the half-collapsed cavern.
It was as if a fireball had exploded in the hall, bathing the surroundings in a momentary red glow. The scorching Flame Shockwave surged out in all directions.
Ye Kai felt a wave of red light before quickly shutting his eyes. A series of Talismans sprang up to form a large protective barrier around him, but his ears were still ringing from the deafening roar, rendering him unable to hear anything. His head felt numb.
Then, a searing ball of flame struck him directly, and the terrifying heat engulfed him, bringing an almost suffocating pain.
If it weren't for the barrier provided by his White Crane Robe, he would have likely suffered severe burns by now.
"That was close!"
Ye Kai had no time to think further; he abruptly retreated while sending out dozens of fire-extinguishing Talismans from his hands.
With a series of sizzling sounds reminiscent of iron hitting water, he looked again to see that Wolf Cypress was now completely charred, with dark red blood oozing from his arms and chest.
As for Lu Jiu, although she had not suffered any serious injuries, her delicate face was covered in soot, and her body trembled with righteous indignation.
If it weren't for her blocking that burst of flames for the Rainbow Lotus, she wouldn't be in such a sorry state...
Thinking this way, she had completely resigned herself to guarding this place. However, if those three fellows really fought their way here, there was no way she could hold them off alone.
Feeling that half of her clothes had caught fire, the Red Flame crackled and spread upward, threatening to consume her outfit. Flames erupted from Lu Jiu's eyes as she hurriedly tore off the burning part of her clothing and threw it to the ground, stomping on it frantically.
The cave's main hall was filled with smoke, obscuring everything.
There were still two spots on the ground ablaze with Red Flame, while the three parties in the hall were all in a state of disarray!
"Are you okay?"
Ye Kai turned to look at WIKI. Seeing that she was merely covered in ash and seemed unharmed, he finally felt relieved and looked toward Lu Jiu and Wolf Cypress.
