Ying Qin Supreme Deity was at a loss for words and chose to remain silent, waiting for the Humanoid Trickster Beast to continue.
The Humanoid Trickster Beast extended his hand and asked lightly, "May I take a look at it?"
Ying Qin Supreme Deity immediately integrated the Kunlun Mirror into his body and took a few steps back, saying, "This is Master’s artifact; you should consult Master first."

Wei Chen and the others watched in silence for a long while until the Humanoid Trickster Beast sighed and said, "Isn’t the world where this artifact resides called the Ancient World?"

Ying Qin Supreme Deity quietly transmitted a message to Wei Chen, saying, "Master, is this old fellow going mad?"

The Humanoid Trickster Beast returned the Kunlun Mirror to Ying Qin Supreme Deity, and the tears on his face had mysteriously dried up.
"Senior, please speak your mind," Wei Chen said sincerely as he looked at the Humanoid Trickster Beast.
The others also turned their gazes toward him, all feeling inexplicably curious.
At that moment, the assassins sent by Lady Wei approached Wei Chen and his companions from a distance, intent on attacking.
Wei Chen found it amusing. How ridiculous! Did these insignificant characters really dare to seek death? Didn't they have any sense of their own abilities?

He glanced over Wei Chen, Ying Qin Supreme Deity, and Shaohuang God King before saying lightly, "You all come from that world, don't you?" His gaze shifted to Dugu. "But you are from another world. You carry no trace of our Witch Clan."
Wei Chen was baffled by this statement. What was he talking about?
"Senior, could you elaborate?" Wei Chen asked, feeling frustrated.
The Humanoid Trickster Beast nodded and said, "Then let me start from the beginning."
"Long, long ago—so far back that I cannot even calculate when it was—we of the Beast Clan dominated countless universes. No human could stand against us. Our army marched forth without restraint; wherever we went, whether among humans or beasts, all living beings in that universe had to submit to our Beast Clan. That was the peak of our glory."
"Until our army entered a peculiar Spatial Plane known as the Ancient World by the locals, we suffered our first defeat."
"It was a humiliating disaster in the history of the Beast Clan. Even now, we do not dare to step into that Ancient World again; we lack the courage to wage another war there. Moreover, when we retreated back then, we swore an oath: the Beast Clan shall never enter that world again for eternity."
Wei Chen and his companions were stunned. Such a powerful Beast Clan had encountered such a significant setback in the Ancient World?
It felt as if there were figures as formidable as those on Sword Mountain within the Ancient World capable of bringing down the Beast Clan.
