The Demon King's red Great Halberd swung down, its overwhelming aura aimed at the Ten Thousand Buddha Grotto, intending to cleave the Buddha Cave in two. 0

The dazzling light of the Buddha shone brightly, and a golden radiance clashed against the Great Halberd with a resounding thud. Withered Leaf, Dead Tree, and Withered Heart, the Three Divine Monks, joined forces to block the Demon King's Great Halberd. Withered Heart flicked a finger, causing blood to burst from his fingertip as his meridians shattered, piercing through the Demon King's wrist. The Demon King let out a cry of agony as the Great Halberd was thrown aside. 0

"Run!" Withered Heart turned to look at Haideng. 0

Haideng, over sixty years old, was the senior brother of the Sky Master and also a nephew of the Three Divine Monks. In his youth, he had been favored and passed down the Sacred Artifact, the Eternal Lamp. Now, he activated the altar's teleportation power within the Ten Thousand Buddha Grotto. With Haikong's sacrifice, the Three Divine Monks became guardians; only Haideng could lead the Buddhist Sect. 0

Countless Yin Soldiers surged forward. Haideng unleashed the Eternal Lamp to protect the Three Divine Monks and Haikong. He then stepped into the Ten Thousand Buddha Grotto, where the Ancient Cave trembled and began to rotate slowly. 0

The Demon King roared, "Quickly seal off the void!" 0

The White-Robed Old Scholar waved his sleeves, spreading void power to suppress it and prevent any openings. However, instead of tearing through the void to escape, the Ten Thousand Buddha Grotto soared directly into the clouds. Under the watchful eyes of both the Demon King and the White-Robed Old Scholar, it gradually shrank away, disappearing into an unknown destination. 0

On the ruins of Leiyin Temple, only the Three Divine Monks and Sky Master remained. The furious Demon King issued a death order; all Yin Soldiers charged recklessly against the radiant barrier surrounding the four Mahayana Realm experts. Corpses piled high like mountains as they fell in droves. Thousands upon thousands of black smoke billowed from their bodies into the sky, swirling like clouds that obscured the sun. 0

Until the flickering light of lamps dimmed, four Mahayana Realm experts were engulfed in a sea of corpses. 0

That battle was filled with cries of despair. The three fully realized Holy Monks unleashed their techniques; Buddha light surged forth illuminating everything as they slaughtered countless Yin Soldiers. If those Yin Soldiers had bled like humans, the entire Moon Well would have turned into a Blood River, and yellow sand would have transformed into a sea of blood. 0

Yet on the ruins of Leiyin Temple lay mountains of Dried Corpses made up of Yin Soldiers—enough to astonish anyone; even in ancient wars between nations, such a number of deaths was unimaginable. The scene was truly horrifying. 0

Haikong cast forbidden spells to protect his disciples as they fled. After escaping Dunhuang with Ten Thousand Buddha Grotto, he sat amidst swirling yellow sand reciting Buddhist scriptures. His incantations annihilated countless Yin Soldiers until his Buddha power was exhausted and he perished from fatigue. 0

The battle lasted two full nights until Song Qianqiu arrived. Looking at the sea of corpses before him, he stepped over Corpse Mountain and found Haikong's body still faintly radiating Buddha light, surrounded by a weak Sutra that protected him within its circle. 0

Song Qianqiu remarked, "What a waste of so many Yin Soldiers." 0

Pushing open the gates of Corpse Mountain, the Ghost King and the White-Robed Old Scholar knelt before Song Qianqiu. With a single palm strike, Song Qianqiu shattered the skull of Sky Master, his breath flowing into Haikong's body. After a moment, he remarked, "It's still not Zen Buddhism; there is no Relic within. Otherwise, my power would have increased even further." 0

Haikong's lips bled, and when he opened his eyes again, he had transformed into a Corpse Demon. His eyes were pitch black as he absorbed the Ghostly Energy of Corpse Mountain to strengthen himself. Both the Dead Tree and Withered Heart Leaf lay dead, their bodies riddled with wounds. 0

The Ghost King said, "Reporting to you, my lord, the oldest monk managed to escape. He possessed one of the Eight Great Sacred Treasures of Taoism—the Everbright Lamp." 0

Song Qianqiu replied, "No need to fear. An old and worn-out remnant like him will be insignificant. Once I capture that Buddha's Incarnation, all achievements of Buddhism and Taoism will fall into my hands." 0

As he spoke, Song Qianqiu began to chant the Demon King's Scripture. The dark and sinister Sutra floated into the bodies of the Dead Tree and Withered Heart Monk. Before long, they opened their eyes, transformed into Corpse Demons, ready to obey Song Qianqiu. 0

Meanwhile, we were on our way to the imperial capital. Along the route, we passed through desolate mountain villages that were completely deserted—clearly ravaged by Song Qianqiu's Yin Soldier Army. 0

Two days later, we arrived at the Pavilion where Yu Xuanliang resided, only to find it empty and devoid of life. The only signs of life were two guards at a dilapidated research facility in front. 0

I activated the Zhou Compass to investigate what had happened here and discovered that half a month ago, one hundred fully armed War Kings had been summoned and left the Pavilion under the leadership of Yu Xuanliang and Li Fugui, heading outside the imperial capital. 0

"It seems Yu Xuanliang and Li Fugui have already begun their actions. However, this Daoist Catastrophe is no longer just a matter for the Daoist Sect; we must find them quickly," I said. 0

In the Light Shadow, Huzi climbed over the wall into the Pavilion but found no one inside after searching for a while. He then approached the guards stationed there to inquire about any recent happenings but ultimately left in disappointment. 0

"What should we do next?" Yunxi asked. 0

I replied, "Let's return to Guo Daozhen's residence. It's been so long; aside from Brother Five, everyone else has likely gone back. The Yin Mountain area is too dangerous. I wonder if he might be in any danger." 0

Douding said, "Brother Five has the protection of Linglong Tower; he should be fine." 0

At that moment, the Jade Talisman on me suddenly flew out, shattering into pieces and transforming into a reflection. In that reflection, Huzi was fighting fiercely, slaughtering numerous Corpse Demons, surrounded by piles of corpses, his bare upper body drenched in blood. 0

"How could Huzi be fighting Corpse Demons? With his abilities, escaping should be no problem," Yunxi said. 0

I replied, "Look at the corpses around him; they are starting to burn. There seems to be a layer of firelight enveloping him, as if it's some kind of formation barrier. Huzi must have shattered the Jade Talisman to call for help." 0

"But we have no idea where he is or how to get there," Douding asked. 0

I said, "This Jade Talisman was made by me. Once it shatters, I will know its exact location in no time." 0

Watching the reflection of Huzi struggling more and more, a green light floated from my hand, enveloping Douding, Yunxi, and Qiongqi. I stepped into the reflection and suddenly vanished. 0

Time Walk—after reaching the Mahayana Realm, one can travel a thousand miles in a single step; at the limit of Shuttle distance, one can traverse the vast sky in a single step at higher realms. 0

Spatial techniques are rare and difficult to master; often, one may spend their entire life without achieving success. 0

During a relatively peaceful period in the Ancient Taoist Sect, there was a time when Spatial Dao Techniques were popular. Teleportation altars became quite common, allowing instant travel to other locations, significantly reducing time and enabling distant help in urgent situations. Many people practiced for decades to master Spatial Dao Techniques specifically for transporting members of the Daoist Sect and profited from it. 0

Later, during the great war of the Daoist Sect, practitioners of Spatial Dao Techniques played a crucial role. However, this line of work proved thankless and ultimately fell out of favor; no one practiced these Daoist Arts anymore and instead turned to Hundred Li Talismans. 0

The creation of Hundred Li Talismans is extremely difficult; each one costs tens of thousands of Silver Coins and is specifically used for escape and rescue. Thousand Li Talismans are even more precious—besides the Yinshan Yang Family and ancient Longhu Mountain, no one knows how to make them. 0

The Yinshan Yang Family studies Void Techniques and also creates Thousand Li Talismans. They can tear open the void and appear thousands of miles away in an instant. However, such Thousand Li Talismans consume too much energy and resources; after making seven or eight, they cease production due to wastefulness. 0

As for Time Walk, it was discovered by the former elder of Azure Cloud Sect during his youth while traveling in Kunlun Mountain. He found it in an ancient cave deep in the mountains—a peerless movement technique with clear instructions stating that upon reaching Mahayana Realm, one could travel a thousand miles in a single step; however, the subsequent content was obscure and difficult to understand. Even so, I could discern its Dao Qi operation trajectory with just a glance. 0

Moments later, in the space of the Shuttle, the three of us and one beast fell from the void, landing at the foot of a mountain. The ground was littered with corpses, and Huzi was trapped in a massive fire array, drenched in sweat. His body was covered in blood, clearly tortured by the formation to the point of being unrecognizable. 0

Above Huzi's head floated a Cauldron, gathering rays of sunlight that shone down upon him, enveloping him in its glow and continuously burning his skin. The burns quickly healed due to his dragon blood. 0

Countless Corpse Demons lay dead in the mountains below; some had been killed by Huzi, but many more had perished under the scorching heat of the Cauldron. It seemed that this Cauldron could collect and amplify the power of the sun's fiery essence to incinerate the Corpse Demons. 0

The sun nurtures all things, and all shadowy beings like the Corpse Demons feared sunlight. This Cauldron could gather and magnify the fiery essence from sunlight, but similarly, among flames, the Great Crimson Fire ranked first, surpassing both the True Fire of Taiyi and the Samadhi True Fire. Such flames could also annihilate cultivators. 0

As we appeared, we felt an intense heat encroaching upon us and quickly retreated. Huzi beneath the Cauldron was glowing red all over; I then realized that most of his blood was flowing from his torn skin. 0

“Huzi, how are you? What happened?” I asked. 0

Huzi covered his eyes and struck out randomly. “I can barely see! Nangong Lin is trying to kill me; this must be the Sun Refining Cauldron.” 0

I looked up towards the mountain peak and saw a figure flash by. I shifted my form and appeared at the summit. Nangong Lin stepped back as I said, “Let Huzi go, and I will let you leave.” 0

Nangong Lin snorted, “I have the Shuttle and the Sun Refining Cauldron with me. Why should I fear you!” 0

As Nangong Lin spoke, flames erupted from his body as he activated the True Fire of Taiyi. I clenched my right fist; Nangong Lin's expression changed drastically as air compressed around us, causing the True Fire of Taiyi to shrink and surge into his body. 0

Nangong Lin formed seals with his hands, creating a seal of true fire on his surface. As it pressed down on me, I stood still; when it reached my front, it suddenly dissipated. “We are equals; you cannot defeat me. Do not force me to kill.” 0

Nangong Lin roared in anger and flung out the Shuttle; a silver light flashed by before I could react. Nangong Lin vanished along with it. 0

Above us, Nangong Lin stood atop the Sun Refining Cauldron, chanting incantations. The Cauldron emitted a strong radiance as nine dragons circled around it, slowly moving within its bronze surface. A Talisman burst forth, enveloping me within its confines. 0

I stepped forward, my form coalescing behind Nangong Lin as I suddenly grabbed his neck. 0

"Don't kill him!" a loud shout rang out. 0

In the distance, Nangong and Yu Youya rushed over. 0

With a fierce squeeze, I snapped Nangong Lin's cervical vertebrae. The Way of Power erupted, shattering his entire Meridians and Nascent Soul, and he plummeted from the sky in a daze. 0

The Sun Refining Cauldron lost the support of Dao Qi and suddenly trembled, the Nine Dragons flickering. It abruptly dove into the void to escape. 0

The fire array of the Sun Refining Cauldron vanished, and Huzi let out a terrible scream as flames engulfed him. I said, "Yunxi, heal Huzi." 0

Yunxi unleashed the Divine Ability of Water Linglong, with the Spirit of Water adhering to Huzi's surface to absorb the fire poison. Huzi's skin was burned beyond recognition, his eyes nearly blinded; he had shriveled up significantly. The other Corpse Demons had already been reduced to charred remains. If it weren't for the purifying blood of the Dragon God's Heart protecting him, he would have been turned into a Dried Corpse as well. 0

Nangong's face turned pale with horror as he rushed to Nangong Lin, who lay on the ground. He lifted Nangong Lin and said, "Child, wake up!" 0

Nangong Lin's eyes were wide open, blood trickling from his mouth. His body convulsed, wounds splitting open on his skin as the True Fire of Taiyi burned from within. He cried out, "Father, save me! I don't want to die." 0
