However, after waiting for a long time, they surely realized that lingering outside would lead to no resolution. It seemed that whatever was inside would not come out simply because they were waiting outside; they had to enter to discover the details within the Bronze Door. 0

As for what lay behind the Bronze Door, even if Ross had the ability to reveal everything, he appeared to be in a state of near amnesia. This condition made it difficult for anyone to understand what was happening. At this moment, Ross did not seem to have much to say. Once the gas inside completely mixed with oxygen, he slowly waved his hand and took a step forward, seemingly for the benefit of those behind him. After he passed through unharmed, the others quickly followed him into the interior of the Bronze Door. 0

Once everyone had entered, the Bronze Door suddenly closed. It truly seemed that no matter how hard they tried, the Bronze Door would not open again. The only way to open it from within would require a force akin to that of a demigod; otherwise, it was impossible to exit through the Bronze Door. Additionally, one side of the Bronze Door was separated by a barrier made of Dragonstone, which clearly would not allow those inside to open it again. 0

The air here was not very good, but removing the Oxygen Mask made it possible to breathe. After all, under the powerful constraints earlier, oxygen had been drawn inside; they should be able to last for some time. However, as the oxygen slowly depleted, they would suffocate inside. If there were another exit, they needed to assess the situation quickly and find a way out. Even if they had to blow open the Bronze Door and destroy this forsaken ruin, surviving was far more important than anything else. 0

Several searchlights turned on simultaneously. Inside was pitch black; without a light source, moving forward could lead everyone to unknowingly imagine all sorts of things. At least with a glimmer of light present, there was some reassurance in their hearts. 0

The situation here bore some resemblance to their experience beneath the mushroom trees. They had no idea what lay beneath their feet but felt somewhat helpless when scanning the ground. After all, they initially thought it might be a burial pit where nothing good could be found. Yet on the ground were various bizarre skeletons—some resembling human torsos that had long since decayed into rotten remains. Perhaps these were once humans who had slowly perished without suffering any fatal injuries. 0

If they had died slowly, it must have been an excruciating experience—starvation or suffocation due to lack of oxygen remained uncertain. More speculation arose that these individuals were engineers involved in the construction plans behind the Bronze Door but ended up as sacrifices within it. The skeletons were scattered about—some on the east side and others on the west—crawling in various directions. 0

Strangely enough, their intended path aligned with where these corpses pointed. The others dared not act alone and followed Ross's impressions and instincts. However, the atmosphere suggested that their future journey would be fraught with twists and turns; each person felt a twinge of unease. 0

No matter what happened next, it couldn't be more dangerous than their current situation. Although they kept repeating this thought in their minds, they soon realized that it was merely psychological when they began walking forward and saw countless skeletons on the ground. The skeletons appeared slightly altered from those first encountered. 0

They seemed increasingly bizarre until finally discovering a Ritual platform where five or six rows of skeletons knelt on the ground. These skeletons were remarkably well-preserved due to an anaerobic environment; they showed no signs of decay or insect infestation. They must have died in great agony; however, their backs were grotesquely twisted. If humans' backs were contorted like this, it indicated that they had likely died prematurely. 0

Thus, from appearance alone, these skeletal forms resembling humans could not truly be classified as such; they must have been mutants. Yet upon arriving at this place, they still could not discern what was happening. Above the Ritual platform stood a crystal coffin. 0

This coffin was certainly not something good; it must have concealed a corpse—a place heavy with death's aura and very close to the underworld. Regardless of whether what they saw was an illusion or reality, it could not be spoken of aloud nor echoed back; otherwise, they would be dragged away as Same Kind and condemned to never reincarnate again. 0

The corpses that die here, according to metaphysics, can never leave this place. Their souls are trapped, wandering back and forth, desperately hoping to use a living being to escape. Those who entered here have no idea if they can ever get out; perhaps some Spirits are already preparing to approach them. 0

"Let's avoid the coffin and go that way. The energy here is too heavy; we mustn't disturb the sleeping Undead," Ross said, looking at the coffin as if he were seeing his ancestors. He immediately knelt down and bowed his head, murmuring to those around him to walk quietly. 0

At this point, the others were unsure of what to do. As long as it was Ross's suggestion, it must be right. They continued walking cautiously to the side. Once they had moved a bit farther away, Ross slowly stood up from the ground and then easily ran over to join them. After reaching their side, they suddenly heard the sound of the coffin shifting. In such a confined space, hearing such a noise was truly terrifying. 0

"What did you just do? I've never seen anyone kneel and bow to a corpse before. Is that some kind of custom? And what was that echo? Did you do something?" Upon hearing that sound, their hearts filled with rejection. The voice echoed in the darkness, sending chills down their spines. It was so intense that some people wet their pants without even realizing it; they had no idea what was happening. 0

Ross shook his head and continued, "That thing is called a Living Spirit. Don't be fooled by its lying in the coffin; it's actually a type of active Medium that only forms when someone dies here. It's considered an invention within the realm of Spiritual Alchemy. This kind of entity can survive for thousands of years, and there’s no way to kill it. I just left a bit of my energy there; Living Spirits are sensitive to energy. I also left some blood energy I brought along, which should hold it off for a while. I really wonder how many types of Living Spirits are here." 0

"If we encounter three more of them, we might not be able to escape at all. Their Thinking is interconnected; as soon as one knows our location, the others will quickly arrive. The only way to kill them is with sunlight, but how could there possibly be light in a place like this?" 0
