The true individuals of the Ram Planet's Royal Family can extract three drops of Heart's Blood in their lifetime, while an ordinary person can only manage one drop. When Wei awoke, everyone erupted in cheers and embraced one another. This moment would be recorded in history; a brilliant future began to unfold from this day forward.
