"Grandpa," Zhang Fusheng casually asked while playing chess with Elder Zhang, "is it true that the broader the vision one sees before practicing the Breathing Technique, the greater their potential in this path?" Elder Zhang nodded and replied, "That's right. Elder Zhang watched Zhang Fusheng's retreating figure, pondering his earlier words, momentarily lost in thought. Just then, Elder Wu entered from outside and reported to Elder Zhang, "The situation outside remains severe, but we've made contact with the main forces that went out. They should return within a month with thousands of troops. So far, no mutated monsters have been spotted. Lao Zhao and the others are still deployed outside."
"Mm." Elder Zhang nodded and then asked, "When I practiced the Breathing Technique with that master long ago, what does it mean when darkness appears after circulating for a week?" Elder Wu was in the process of removing his outer coat when he heard Elder Zhang's question. He paused mid-motion without putting down his clothes and asked, "What did you say?" "Exactly," Elder Zhang nodded, sitting down on the sofa. He continued, "Who else could it be? That kid Zhang Fusheng thought he could hide it from me? I'm pretty sure my handwriting is at Wang Chao's place. It seems that Zhang Fusheng really considers Wang Chao a friend, to the point of giving away the most important secret of the Zhang Family without hesitation. There's a saying, isn't there? A girl shouldn't be kept too long? But that's not quite right!"
Elder Wu, however, ignored Elder Zhang's lowbrow joke and said, "So, it seems Wang Chao is indeed a once-in-a-lifetime cultivation genius. Will he become a threat to Zhang Fusheng in the future? Wang Chao nodded and replied, "Let's go, take me there!"
