The three of them passed through the main hall, circled around a barrier, and directly arrived at a warehouse on the side of the backyard. Wang Chao looked over and saw a tall chimney standing nearby. Through the glass, he could see a large furnace, which appeared to be operated manually. In this age of advanced technology, it was the first time Wang Chao had encountered such machinery. Noticing Wang Chao's expression, Li Mao explained carefully, "This is the Forge Room. Every weapon is forged here." 0

"That must require a huge amount of work!" Wang Chao exclaimed. 0

Li Mao smiled and replied, "Our industry operates on a three-year cycle; we may not open for three years, but when we do, we produce enough to last. You see, every weapon produced by machine tools is identical; that's called mass production. However, the weapons crafted here are one-of-a-kind; you won't find another like it. To put it poetically, the mood of the blacksmith influences each weapon differently..." 0

"I know about that," Tang Feng chimed in. "It's said that a skilled blacksmith uses their own blood as a catalyst, infusing their emotions into the molten steel. But that's just hearsay; who knows if it's true..." 0

Wang Chao pondered for a moment before speaking again. "When one is happy, they strike vigorously; when calm, they work slowly and meticulously. Naturally, weapons forged this way will differ from one another. This can't be false; it's another form of science. Just half a year ago, I thought ancient martial arts were merely another form of dance. Until you truly step into this world, you're just an outsider watching the spectacle. Only after crossing that threshold do you realize how profound it all is." 0

As they spoke, Li Mao had already pushed open the door to another room on the side. The entire building was designed in an ancient architectural style—wooden doors and bolts that opened easily with a slight push. Wang Chao and Tang Feng peered inside but only saw several corpses. Neither Wang Chao nor Tang Feng spoke; after all, every one of these individuals could have been Li Mao's relatives. 0

Li Mao seemed to have come to terms with it as he looked up. This was a small reception room; the real Armory was still further inside. Li Mao stepped in first, followed closely by the two others. Before they fully entered, they noticed a black and red Ancient Blade hanging on the wall inside. The blade gleamed ominously, as if dripping with blood. At the hilt coiled a Skeleton Ancient Dragon, its tail wrapped around the hilt for about ten centimeters. The entire Bone Knife was over a meter long, and its dragon head seemed to gaze intently at the three of them, sending shivers down their spines. 0

After some effort to tear their eyes away from the Ancient Blade, they looked around and discovered shelves lined with various weapons—some for display and others that wealthy patrons had yet to collect. Most were swords and knives, but there were also polearms and hammers among them. 0

Tang Feng's eyes lit up as he quickly walked over to grab a Tang Dao from one of the shelves. He unsheathed it and examined it closely before exclaiming, "The blade is 76 centimeters long, the hilt is 25 centimeters long, 3.2 centimeters wide at its thickest point, 0.7 centimeters thick overall—total weight four pounds! The blade itself weighs two pounds and is sheathed in ancient rosewood! Judging by the edge and feel, this is undoubtedly an exceptional knife!" 0

Wang Chao didn't understand much about weapons but was amazed that Tang Feng could select this particular knife from among dozens in less than a minute and immediately recite its specifications. Tang Feng was in his thirties; he must have had over twenty years of experience handling blades! Wang Chao felt that this knife was incredibly plain compared to others that were ornate and intricately designed. Unable to contain his curiosity, he asked about it. 0

Tang Feng placed the Tang Dao behind him before responding: "A Tang Dao has been meant for killing since its very creation; elegance does not suit it. I thought the art of forging Tang Dao had been lost to time; I never expected there would still be someone capable of crafting such fine examples today! This trip has been worthwhile!" He continued, "The skill of the blacksmith here is remarkable; every weapon must be top quality! You should hurry and find one that suits you." 0

Wang Chao nodded and replied, "Alright!" With that, he began to select his own weapon. He had been contemplating what type of weapon would suit him best; he had always used daggers because his Black Gold Dagger was well-crafted and it was all he could find among cold weapons until now. As he moved along the shelves, he picked up this one and tapped that one. 0

In ancient times, there was a great general who wielded a weapon known as the Square Sky Painting Halberd, defeating all challengers across the land. Wang Chao grasped the halberd in his hands and tested its weight, only to find it cumbersome and impractical for carrying. Even his Spatial Ring had no room for it. Shaking his head, he set it aside. This massive weapon reminded him of a story he had read about a General Li who pointed to the sky with his weapon, only to meet a tragic end, shattered into pieces. It was simply too heavy... 0

After trying several swords and blades, none of them felt right in his hands. He did, however, notice an eye-catching dagger among them and decided to take it. As for the other weapons, Wang Chao found nothing that appealed to him. Tang Feng furrowed his brow and asked, "Wang Chao, what's wrong? Do you not find any of these suitable?" 0

Wang Chao nodded slightly but then shook his head. 0

At that moment, Li Mao spoke up: "Could it be that Brother Wang has his eyes on the Dragon Demon Blade?" 0

This was the first time both of them had heard that term, but they immediately understood that Li Mao was referring to the black-red Ancient Blade hanging high in the inner room. At this point, Wang Chao finally nodded. It was the first time he had seen such a blade; he didn't know its name but felt something strange about it, especially those dragon-like eyes that seemed capable of devouring one's soul. 0

For this reason, Wang Chao didn't ask further questions. However, while selecting weapons, he couldn't shake the feeling that everything else paled in comparison to the Ancient Blade. Although Tang Feng explained that these weapons were all exquisite treasures of the world, Wang Chao couldn't help but feel something was off until Li Mao spoke again. It became clear to him that he was indeed captivated by the Ancient Blade. 0

"From what you said, this blade seems to be called the Dragon Demon Blade?" Wang Chao inquired. "Are you suggesting that this blade is a Demon Blade?" 0

Li Mao nodded vigorously and replied, "That's right! Exactly so!" 0
