While eating, a female guard knocked and entered, clearly having something to say. However, upon seeing so many people, she hesitated for a moment. The woman nodded and said, "This morning, there was activity from the Black-Clad Society. Last night, the black market was only allowing exits but no entries. By today, neither is permitted. However, our people managed to send out intelligence; the Black-Clad Society is gathering in large numbers and seems poised to take action soon!"
Wang Chao nodded. The gathering of the Black-Clad Society's members was within his expectations. However, Aivina would not simply send a large force to attack the Zhonghu Safety Zone. Currently, there was a delicate balance among the Zhonghu Safety Zone, Anfei Safe Zone, and the Black-Clad Society; any rash move by one side could lead to disaster. The three forces were mutually restraining each other.
If Aivina were to attack the Zhonghu Safety Zone, Liu He would definitely sit back and watch as they fought each other until both sides were severely weakened before reaping the benefits. Aivina wouldn't be so foolish. So what exactly was Aivina's army gathering for? An attack on Anfei Safe Zone was even less likely; if Aivina didn't have enough confidence in restraining Wang Chao, they would never act so recklessly.
Thinking this through, it seemed that both Wang Chao and Aivina had underestimated Liu He. Now, Wang Chao was just waiting for Shen Zhitao to bring people over. Liu He patted the man's shoulder and replied, "Good. Tell the brothers to keep a close watch on Zhonghu Safety Zone's movements; if there's any sign of activity, report back immediately!"
"Understood," the man said but hesitated before continuing. "I just wonder if your dealings with that person are somewhat dangerous; if it's Wang Chao's scheme..."
Liu He interrupted him sharply: "This matter will not be Wang Chao's scheme. If it were his scheme, what effect would it have for him? After all, it was that person who acted first; now go!"
With that said, Liu He turned to face his thousand men and looked around before saying: "Boys, as long as we win this battle, the entire south will be ours! After that, only Yangnan Safe Zone will remain—nothing to fear! Our success hinges on this one fight; after that, food, tobacco, alcohol—whatever we want will be ours!"
"Kill! Kill! Kill!" everyone shouted.
Meanwhile, within the Black Clothes Society.

"Wang Chao, are you still alive this time?" Aivina gazed out through the one-way glass window. The underground boxing arena was already empty, with not a single person left.

He looked at the object in his hand and gripped it tightly as if he wanted to crush it in his palm. After a long while, he finally calmed down and addressed the crowd below him.
