"Wait! Why escape into the mountains?"
As Lin Yuan ran less than two hundred meters from the campfire towards the mountains, he suddenly stopped. It dawned on him that if he dared to flee into the mountains, even if he could temporarily escape, the ultimate outcome would surely be a dead end!

Of course, all of these speculations are a gamble for Lin Yuan. If, by any chance, there happens to be a clever one among those four Mutants, then he is definitely doomed—there's no second possibility!
But Lin Yuan is truly committed; he has no other choice!
In the darkness of night, Lin Yuan quietly prepared himself. He knew this would be a fierce battle. Even if he won the gamble and only one Mutant returned, the danger he faced would still be immense!
Because that Mutant was clad in Exoskeleton Armor, with an Enhancement Level of at least five or more. Not to mention that the Mutant's powerful physique indicated exceptional agility and expertise in killing!
Moreover, the Exoskeleton Armor was equipped with various weapons, ranging from a compact Rocket Launcher for long-range attacks to a Heavy Sniper Rifle and a melee Alloy Greatsword—everything one could imagine!
