The fading light of dusk filtered through the trees, melting into the edges of the houses and foliage. A lazy cat frolicked on the neatly trimmed grass.
Under the not-so-dense shade, a swing swayed gently, and the sound of a clear, bell-like laughter rang out from time to time. A golden-haired girl in her youth swung back and forth, her golden locks tousled by the breeze, blending into the vibrant sunset.
This was Lin Yuan's Five-Dimensional Key Space, a place where everything was replicated from Claire's memories. This was also the strength of the a180 Punisher System; as long as one mastered this System within the Five-Dimensional Key Space, they became akin to a creator.
This was all crafted by Claire herself. Lin Yuan had no interest in any of it; he was currently assembling the final set of a5 wings.
"Sir, why don't you try using bird wings? Although it might significantly reduce speed, when it comes to agility within a certain range, birds are definitely superior. You have already assembled suitable wings; I believe you could soar freely like a bird."
"Birds? Claire, you're thinking too simply. Bird wings require air support to be effective. Although theoretically, I could simulate such a propulsion method, the efficiency would be quite low. However—"

Mechanical City only captured a remnant image left by one Dark Lord from six thousand kilometers away by chance. Additionally, this is classified as S-Class information; without this a180 Punisher System, ordinary civilians would never be able to gather such data."
As Claire introduced this information, an image lasting only three seconds appeared in Lin Yuan's Intellect. However, during those three seconds, all Lin Yuan could see was a massive shadow; nothing else was visible—specific shapes were out of the question.
"Ranked second is still a combat unit from the Dark Demon Race—the Dark Lord—rated at S-Class or SS Rank overall. It serves as a backbone in the Dark Demon Race's resistance against Mechanical City but is still rarely seen. When it does appear, it inevitably brings great disaster. This is an image of a Dark Lord; by the way, capturing a frontal image of a Dark Lord is quite difficult because they move too fast; thus only synthesized images can be used. This image is synthesized with approximately one trillion pixels—quite terrifying."
Claire remarked with some emotion before another image appeared in Lin Yuan's Intellect—a still image against the backdrop of vast space. In one corner was a massive planet alongside another more distant planet; in another corner lay the sprawling Mechanical City Starship and countless Mechanical Warriors and drones.
The scene was immense, covering at least ten Cosmic Units, which spanned a staggering distance of billions of kilometers. Within this vast expanse, the Dark Lord occupied at least one-fifth of the area. With just a casual shake of its body, this Dark Lord could eclipse the entire sun!
Such a colossal entity could not be accurately assessed through conventional observation methods. This was likely why the Mechanical City had to resort to unconventional composite images to depict the form of this Dark Lord.
In this enormous image, the Dark Lord was not entirely black; instead, it radiated a dark red hue that surged like molten lava, instilling an immediate sense of dread at first glance.
The Dark Lord possessed nine pairs of massive wings and three relatively slender necks, each topped with a head. However, these heads were not solid; they were formed from swirling black mist. Each head wore a mysterious crown-like structure.
This terrifying Dark Lord left Lin Yuan in utter shock. He could hardly fathom how such a fearsome being could exist in the world. And this was only ranked second; he couldn't imagine the might of the first-ranked Dark Lord.
Next, Claire introduced Lin Yuan to the other formidable beings ranked in the top eight, among which the Dark Demon Race occupied the top five positions: Dark Lord, Dark Lord, Dark Priest, Dark Knight, and Dark Servant. Each was a colossal entity, with even the fifth-ranked Dark Ordinary boasting an impressive A7-level combat power.
The remaining five were comprised of Zerg's Golden Reaper and Raging Ripper, as well as Silicon-based Life's Furious Horned Eagle and Six-Winged Griffin. The last was the Immortal Kugit Shipman.
In this latter group, both Golden Reaper and Raging Ripper were not Thorned Insect Clan members but rather more formidable Zerg entities. The Immortal Kugit Shipman was also distinctly different from Stocking Captain, clearly far more powerful.
Once the overwhelming shock subsided, Lin Yuan decisively chose the Furious Horned Eagle from Silicon-based Life. The other nine powerful beings each had unique traits that made them difficult to replicate; only the Furious Horned Eagle seemed relatively straightforward.
"The Furious Horned Eagle originates from the Galactic System gfu-44 star cluster within the Angry Horn Star System. It possesses immense Attack Power and mobility, classified as an amphibious creature inhabiting both outer space and planetary surfaces. It dominates the Angry Horn star cluster within a thirty-light-year radius and migrates every one million five hundred thousand years to breed in an alien system six hundred light-years away. After mating and raising its young for one hundred thousand years, it returns to the Angry Horn star cluster."
The Furious Horned Eagle also had six wings, each serving different functions. On planetary surfaces, it would deploy its first pair of massive wings while retracting the second and third pairs since the first pair alone sufficed for normal attacks and hunting.
However, in space, it would extend its second and third pairs of wings. These two pairs were notably thin, with each feather being incredibly smooth and adept at absorbing light emitted by stars. Their collection efficiency could reach an astonishing 100%, transforming these two pairs into powerful solar sails that significantly enhanced speed.
Yet, that was not all. Every time the Furious Horned Eagles migrated, they would gather into a massive flock of over one hundred thousand birds, arranging themselves in an incredibly precise formation. In the end, all the solar sails of the Furious Horned Eagles would converge in one place, emitting a brilliance comparable to that of a star. Under such a colossal light source, all the Furious Horned Eagles could utilize the refraction of light to collect and store energy. According to research from Mechanical City, even the light emitted by a single match could transform into a massive light source after being refracted and collected by these one hundred thousand Furious Horned Eagles.
This unique ability is known as the Holy Light Technique.
Relying on this formidable trait, they could even traverse areas controlled by the Dark Demon Race's black holes. The Dark Demon Race would think twice before provoking the migrating Furious Horned Eagles.
Now, Lin Yuan was attempting to replicate the first pair of wings of the Furious Horned Eagle, as these were also conventional wings and relatively simple.
Once he determined the direction for imitation, Lin Yuan immediately began assembling. He was modifying his A1 wing, which had originally been cut into twelve rigid parts. However, since Lin Yuan wanted to transform it into highly flexible conventional wings, it became much more complex.
After preliminary tests and further simulations in Intellect, Lin Yuan cut each wing into smaller sections. Ultimately, within the limits of what his Intellect could control, he decided on the overall number of segments.
As a result, what was once a single wing was divided into three hundred sixty pieces, each interconnected and with fifteen centimeters of buffer stretch space between each segment. This allowed for extremely soft and agile flight movements.
Of course, with one wing consisting of three hundred sixty segments, a pair of wings would total seven hundred twenty segments. Such complex control tested Lin Yuan's Intellect reaction and control capabilities.
To facilitate this, Lin Yuan installed eighteen additional Intelligence Matrix nodes on these two wings. However, Claire's A180 Punisher System would handle the control since he was not yet able to upgrade his Intellect. This level of complex computation and control was beyond his current capabilities; delegating it to Claire was merely a temporary solution.
Even so, this required Lin Yuan and Claire to be in sync and work together seamlessly. This could be achieved through continuous training to refine their cooperation. Compared to the combat power boost provided by these wings, this difficulty was negligible. (To be continued.)
