Sima Chuan gazed into the distance, knowing that danger was slowly closing in.
The sky was occasionally illuminated by flashes of lightning, and the wind howled as heavy rain approached.
"What? Qiong is missing?" Rock exclaimed, standing up in shock.
"Yes, Doctor," Sima Chuan indicated for the doctor to sit down.
"What should we do next?" Luo Mengqi asked from the side.
"I think it must be Sente. I should have followed him from the start; it's all your fault for stopping me," Sima Chuan said angrily.
"What does that have to do with me? You misunderstood everything," Luo Mengqi retorted, standing up in frustration.
Rock was about to intervene when a voice came from the doorway, "What's going on? Is there a problem?"
"Ah! Sente, you're back!" Luo Mengqi immediately shifted from anger to joy.
"Yeah!" Sente replied just as Sima Chuan rushed over and grabbed him by the collar.
"What are you doing?" Luo Mengqi shouted at Sima Chuan.
"Nothing, just asking him a question," Sima Chuan replied calmly. He then looked at Sente and said, "Let's go outside." Sente merely smiled coldly in response.
In an instant, Sima Chuan transformed into a Mechanical Warrior and lifted Sente into the air. Rock and Luo Mengqi immediately chased after them.
"Quick, where is Qiong?" Sima Chuan shouted furiously.
Sente chuckled darkly and replied nonchalantly, "Do you really think I would know?"
"I'll let you do that," Sima Chuan said angrily, raising his fist, only to hear Sente remark, "This is just part of the plan."
"What..." Sima Chuan began, but was kicked away by the transformed Luo Mengqi. He fell down, hitting the ground with a dull thud. The people playing nearby were startled and quickly fled.
Luo Mengqi caught Sente and placed him in front of Rock. "Grandpa, you go in first."
Sente smiled and said, "Thank you!" before turning to enter.
Just as Sima Chuan got back up, he charged at Sente, only to be blocked by Luo Mengqi wielding her sword.
Sima Chuan looked up at Luo Mengqi, his eyes filled with rage. He heard her say fiercely, "Sima Chuan, before you get the facts straight, you'd better not make a move. Otherwise..."
"Otherwise what? Do you want to kill me?" Sima Chuan retorted angrily.
Luo Mengqi had no response; she slowly sheathed her sword and walked away.
Sima Chuan pounded the cold, hard ground in frustration, venting his anger.
Suddenly, a loud crash echoed as heavy rain poured down from the sky. Gradually, Sima Chuan returned to his original form. Raindrops relentlessly pelted him.
Qiong gradually regained consciousness but found himself strapped to an experimental rack. In front of him stood a person he loathed deeply. He struggled vigorously to break free from the restraints but heard that person coldly say, "You don't need to exert yourself; this is specially made for you. How does it feel, Qiong? Hahaha."
"Nai, you bastard! Let me go!" Qiong shouted in fury.
"Shut up! Don't be disrespectful to Lady Nayi," someone beside Nai said.
"Disrespectful? This is already quite polite."
"You..."
"What is it?"
"Shut up." Nai interrupted the person beside him.
Qiong turned her head and noticed a mechanical box beside her, as if it was being opened for her.
"Qiong," Nai said, "soon, I will send you back there. What was that person's name? Let me think... it was Sima Chuan, right?"
Qiong remained indifferent.
"What if you personally killed that person named Sima Chuan?"
"You wish."
"Is that so? Just watch." Then, Nai commanded, "Begin."
"Yes," the person beside him shouted in unison.
Suddenly, Qiong felt her body being slowly sealed. In the end, her body was forcibly stopped.
The rain continued to fall, and Sima Chuan was still shouting wildly, while he had already become a "drenched chicken." The sound of footsteps echoed in the rain, gradually causing the rain around Sima Chuan to shift away.
"Let's go back first! Chuan, you can think about it properly! Don't you have a mission to complete? If you can't handle this little thing, how will you accomplish your mission in the future? Right?"
"Yeah! Doctor, you're right. I was too impatient; I should think it through." Sima Chuan quickly turned and ran back.
"Chuan, wait. Don't be in such a hurry!" Rock chased after him from behind.
Sima Chuan walked into the room, and Luo Mengqi stared at him. Sima Chuan scoffed and then entered his own room.
Sima Chuan sat at the head of the bed, lost in thought when suddenly a voice came from within him: "Chuan."
"Akaper!"
"Yes! I was too impulsive earlier, and it affected you. I'm sorry."
"It's fine; I was also too impulsive."
"However, I'm curious why Luo Mengqi's power is so strong," Sima Chuan continued.
"Because Luo Mengqi's body is very refined and tailored specifically for her. It's just that the warrior inside her has not yet been awakened."
"Warrior?"
"That's right."
"Warrior?" Luo Mengqi stood at the door of Sima Chuan's room, pressing her ears against the door.
"Danger!" Akaper shouted.
"What?"
Suddenly, there was a series of knocks on the door.
"Who is it?"
"It's me."
Sima Chuan let out a sigh of relief and opened the door. He saw Luo Mengqi holding something in her hands. "What do you have there?"
"Clothes," she said, presenting the garment to Sima Chuan. "Here! It's for you, so you don't catch a cold."
"Thank you!"
"No need to mention it." With that, Sima Chuan closed the door.
He quickly changed into the clothes and remarked, "They fit pretty well!"
He adjusted the outfit and then asked, "So how can we wake her up?"
"I don't know that either."
"What's her name?"
"I think it's Crimson Face."
"Crimson Face?" Sima Chuan repeated the name in the air, feeling a sense of familiarity.
"Chuan!" Akaper interrupted his thoughts. "What's wrong?"
"Nothing. How do we find Qiong?"
"Actually, finding her is quite simple."
"How so?"
"I was so impulsive that I forgot I had a connection with Qiong."
"Sense?"
"That's right."
"Then let's go!" Sima Chuan jumped down from the bed.
Luo Mengqi was startled and quickly ran downstairs.
"Doctor, can I borrow a Hoverboard?" Sima Chuan said as he hurried outside.
"Oh." Rock paused for a few seconds. "Sure, it's in the room next door."
Luo Mengqi quietly stepped out from behind the door and quickly made her way outside.
"Qi?"
"Ah?" Luo Mengqi immediately stopped and turned to face Rock, revealing a slight smile.
"Where are you going?"
"I'm just stepping out for a bit. I'll be back soon." She finished speaking and rushed out.
"What’s up with those two today?" Rock scratched his head in confusion.
As soon as Luo Mengqi went out, Sima Chuan rode the Hoverboard outside. Luo Mengqi stood at the door and shouted, "Yiling!"
Then, with a whoosh, a uniquely designed pink Hoverboard flew out from the room. The Hoverboard suddenly asked, "Where are we going?"
"Follow Grandpa's Hoverboard."
"Alright, let's go."
"Akaper, do you feel it?"
"Yes! It's getting stronger."
"Good, where is it located?"
"It's just a little ahead."
Before long, Sima Chuan spotted something not far ahead. Taking a closer look, he exclaimed, "It's Qiong!" and quickened his pace. He then jumped off the Hoverboard and landed beside Qiong.
"What is this?" Luo Mengqi stopped not far away.
"What's wrong?"
"This is the Mechanical Manufacturing Plant."
"I know. How did it get destroyed like this?"
"It was destroyed by me and him."
"Huh? Why didn't you take me with you? That's not very sisterly."
"We came here on our own," Luo Mengqi explained.
"Alright! Tell me all about it when we get back."
"Okay! But first, let's take a look."
Sima Chuan picked up Qiong, repeatedly calling his name, but no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't wake him.
"Useless," Akaper sighed.
"What?"
"I guess his body has been sealed."
"What happened?" Sima Chuan asked, a bit surprised.
"It's Nai."
Suddenly, a sinister laugh echoed from the front. Then, three silver-white metal blocks flew in and stood beside Sima Chuan. He immediately felt something unusual.
"It's you. I didn't expect you to still be so persistent."
