In the morning, Luo Mengqi and a few others were huddled together, feeling quite bored. The updates were coming in fast. Just then, Yiling, standing by the window, suddenly said, "A battleship has taken off."
"Luo Mengqi, what did you just say?" Luo Mengqi rushed over to Yiling's side and asked.
"A battleship is heading into space," Yiling replied, pointing to a spot in front of them.
"Why can't we see anything?" Adela glanced at the somewhat dim sky and questioned.
"Me too," Betis added.
Suddenly, Luo Mengqi's eyes turned red, emitting an invisible crimson light as she said, "There is indeed a battleship flying into space. It's five invisible search battleships. Your father really did it." Luo Mengqi shot a glance at Adela.
"Of course," Adela nodded slightly, staring at the sky, lost in thought.
"Adela, I know you want to go find Sima Chuan by yourself," Betis whispered in Adela's ear. Although her voice was low, both Luo Mengqi and Yiling heard her.
"Not at all," Adela feigned calmness.
Betis chuckled and said, "Adela, do you think I don't know you?"
"This..." Adela hesitated for a moment before finally admitting, "Alright, I confess."
"Then let's go," Betis said as she looked at Luo Mengqi and Yiling. "Mengqi, Yiling, do you want to come along?"
"Yes, we want to go too," Yiling replied eagerly.
"We're going, but what about you?" Luo Mengqi asked, pointing at Adela and Betis with a hint of confusion.
"Don't worry about us. Come on, I'll take you to a place first," Betis said as she pulled Adela along, leaving Luo Mengqi and Yiling no choice but to follow.
"Selina's personal Technology Room?" Yiling stood at the entrance of the Technology Room, looking at the words above.
Betis walked up to the door and stood still. After a scan, the large door gradually opened. However, they had only taken a few steps when another door blocked their way. At that moment, Betis didn't attempt to do anything else; instead, she called out at the door, "Aunt Selina, it's me, Betis! Hurry and open the door!"
Before long, the door opened to reveal a passageway. As they walked through it, they entered a grand hall filled with various mechanical devices—the Mechanical Hall—where busy Robots were working. Selina seemed to have just finished something; she stretched and smiled upon seeing Betis and the others. "Hi, Betis! What brings you here now?"
Betis ran over and playfully nestled into Selina's embrace. "I missed you, Auntie! So I came to see you."
"I know you too well. You must want something. Look, even the Star Girl and your friends are here with you," Selina said with a smile as she glanced at Adela and the others.
"Hehe, you're the smartest, Auntie!" Betis grinned mischievously.
"You’re still just a child; I wonder when you'll find a boyfriend," Selina affectionately ruffled Betis's hair.
"I've already found one! And we even share him!" Betis exclaimed as she jumped out of Selina's embrace and bounced between Adela and Luo Mengqi, hugging one in each arm. Upon hearing Betis's words, Adela's face turned bright red while Luo Mengqi remained more composed.
"Oh? Who is so outstanding?" Selina asked, clearly surprised. She gestured for the four girls to sit down and instructed her mechanical butler to bring out refreshments for them.
"His name is Sima Chuan; he's the one who went missing before—Noel—and he’s Markett the Sage's grandson," Betis said proudly.
"Markett the Sage's grandson? He must be quite impressive. When will you bring him to meet me?" Selina seemed genuinely interested in Sima Chuan.
"We need to go find him first thing in the morning," Betis said.
"Then why aren't you looking for him? Why did you come to me? Is he busy, or can't you find him?" Selena asked.
"Of course not. We need your help, Aunt Selena, to find him," Betis explained. At that moment, Luo Mengqi and the other girls perked up, listening intently to what was being said. Selena could clearly feel that the atmosphere had shifted.
"What’s going on?" Selena asked.
"Aunt Selena, do you know Nai?" Betis didn't answer Selena's question.
"At that time, I was in the middle of an important experiment, so I didn’t check what was happening. Later, I found out it was about Nai and Star Empress Selma rebelling, but it ultimately failed when someone uncovered their plot," Selena recalled.
"The one who uncovered Nai and Selma's conspiracy was Sima Chuan. However, Nai escaped at that time, so he volunteered to form a team with Qiong and a few others to pursue Nai," Betis expressed her discontent with Sima Chuan's self-nomination, regretting not stopping him from going in the first place.
"So you want to find Sima Chuan?" Selena looked at the four girls with uncertainty.
"Yes, we want to search for Sima Chuan in the universe, so we need your help, Sage Selena," Adela spoke up.
"My help? What can I do for you?" Although Selena said this, she had a rough idea of what they were getting at.
"Aunt, I know you have that amazing Mechanical Armor," Betis said, blinking her eyes at Selena.
"Oh you, Betis, are trying to get my attention now? Do you want me to teach you a lesson?" Selena pretended to be angry.
"Aunt, you're the only one who can help us now," Betis said, shaking Selena's arm.
"No," Selina said firmly.
"Aunt..." Betis looked like she was about to cry.
"If it's a no, then it's a no." Selina shook off Betis and stood up. "Betis, this is not a joke. If it were possible, your father wouldn't have disagreed, and you wouldn't have come to me."
"I didn't tell my father," Betis replied innocently.
"Star 'Lady,' did Star Master refuse?" Selina asked Adela, who glanced at Selina and then at Betis before nodding.
"Look, even Star Master has refused. Besides, wouldn't it be better for you to ask Markett for Mechanical Armor?"
"Grandfather refused, but we only need two suits of armor for Adela and Betis. It's mainly for their safety." Luo Mengqi gestured to Yiling, and both of them transformed simultaneously. "We don't need to worry about our safety; what concerns us is theirs. And we do have a Battleship."
"Is this the Mechanical Warrior created by Markett the Sage? It's perfect," Selina murmured in shock.
"Is there really a Battleship?" Betis jumped up from her chair and bounded in front of Luo Mengqi, her face filled with excitement. Adela looked at Luo Mengqi with eager anticipation as well.
"There is. And it's Sima Chuan's exclusive Battleship, the Noel Battleship," Luo Mengqi confirmed with a nod.
"Where is it?" Selina asked.
"It's above Starlight City." Yiling began establishing a connection with the Noel Battleship. Just before Sima Chuan and Qiong left, Sima Chuan had granted access to the Noel Battleship for Luo Mengqi and Yiling.
Before long, a Virtual Screen appeared in front of Luo Mengqi and the others, displaying a Battleship with the name Noel written on one side. The location of this Battleship was indeed above Starlight City.
"How is that possible?" Selena began to scan the sky above Starlight City in disbelief, but all she found was nothing.
"Noel Battleship, change to battle mode." As Luo Mengqi finished speaking, the form of the Noel Battleship began to transform into a massive Mechanical Warrior. "What do you think, Selena Sage? We should have enough self-defense capability now, right?" Luo Mengqi smiled at Selena.
"Aunt, just agree already. Think of it as a little outing for us," Betis urged from the side.
"Fine," Selena sighed, glancing at the four girls. "But you can't take anything from me."
"Don't worry, Selena Sage. Those two armors were taken by Betis when she snuck in with me and my sister," Yiling said with a playful grin.
"That's good to hear." Selena forced a smile.
"Hey, you can't do that!" Betis protested from the side.
"Enough," Adela pulled on Betis. "If we get caught, we'll all be punished together anyway."
"That's true," Betis thought for a moment before bouncing along after Selena.
