Amidst the crowd, a delicate girl suddenly emerged, appearing to be around eleven or twelve years old. The bald elder pursed his thin lips and continued, "You all have helped us immensely. Without you, we would have ended up as part of the Zombie horde. Thanks to your efforts, we were able to eliminate the entire Zombie Army. Tonight, our nation will hold a banquet in your honor!"
His voice suddenly grew louder as he raised both hands. The others around them cheered in response.
Lin Yi felt somewhat embarrassed and nodded slightly. "That would indeed be troublesome."
The bald elder smiled and took hold of Lin Yi's arm, leading him a few steps toward the direction of the oasis. Soon enough, Lin Yi noticed a hovering business vehicle parked just a few steps away.
