Ye Yu's emotions were complex, filled with anticipation, unease, and fear. For ten years, he had lived quietly, but always in the shadows; according to the records of the Federation, he was a person who had already died. He longed for an identity, a home that could accommodate him. Yet, even with the power of the Zhou family, it was impossible for him to have an identity within the Federation. However, he knew that the Dragon City Lord could make it happen, due to the unique status of this planet.
So when the Lord completed his task and Silver Dragon Star became his home, Ye Yu felt hopeful. But he was also anxious; as the saying goes, greater expectations lead to greater disappointments. He couldn't be sure if this would come to fruition! His fear stemmed from Long Yin Yue's words, which pierced deep into Ye Yu's heart.
Ye Yu's true identity could not be revealed; it would not only be a tremendous blow to him but also to the Zhou family! Therefore, he feared that Long Yin Yue might discover his real identity, which would mean death.
"Of course, this is just one part of it; the rest of your rewards will certainly not be lacking. Moreover, this identity I am giving you will have no loopholes—this you can rest assured!" Long Yin Yue noticed Ye Yu's uncertainty. As the highest leader of this planet, he could certainly resolve Ye Yu's identity issue perfectly.
"Since that's the case, I agree to your request!" After a moment of thought, Ye Yu consented. After all, if the other party truly knew he was supposed to be dead, they wouldn't be having such a calm conversation. Thus, Ye Yu concluded that Long Yin Yue must not know the full truth!
"Good. This matter is urgent; you should rest well tonight. Tomorrow morning I will send someone to take you and Qin Guan to Withered Source Star! You will know exactly what to do once you arrive at Withered Source Star!"
Seeing that Ye Yu had agreed, Long Yin Yue would not waste any more words. Although Ye Yu felt an ominous premonition, he had no choice but to comply at that moment.
The mission was urgent; having just escaped from Wasteland Prison, even with his level of martial arts skills, he now felt fatigued. A steward who appeared from nowhere led Ye Yu to a resting place arranged for him in the Lord's mansion.

In the wooden reception hall, only Long Yin Yue sat there speaking without knowing to whom he was addressing. A gentle breeze swept through as a dark figure slowly materialized.

Dressed in a short black veil skirt, her rounded body was partially obscured; her long legs looked somewhat dazzling. Her exquisitely beautiful face bore an endless allure but also an infinite coldness. The juxtaposition of these two completely different states on one face created an extremely bizarre sensation.
Indeed it was strange—the peculiar entrance and odd opening line! The Black Veil Woman appeared just like that; however, it was clear that Long Yin Yue had long been aware of her presence. She had just been standing behind him watching as he conversed with those two young men without uttering a word.
But no one could see her figure, for she did not wish to be seen, and thus no one could. In the entire Lord's residence, only Long Yin Yue knew of her existence, or rather, knew her true identity.
"I can only tell that his physical skills have reached the Third Stage, and it seems he practices at least an intermediate-level martial art! I cannot discern whether he is a high-level practitioner!"
The voice of the Black Veil Woman was extremely cold, so cold that it seemed she was not a real person at all, as if her existence was meant to be that way.
"I didn't expect even you couldn't see through the illusion. This fellow is becoming more and more intriguing! I suppose when he goes to Withered Source Star this time, we will finally see his true cards!" A hint of confusion flashed in Long Yin Yue's eyes. Ever since he saw that piece of information, he had been trying to understand how this fellow managed to do it.

A trace of doubt appeared on the stunning face of the Black Veil Woman.
