"Intelligent Drone ready!" Ye Yu shouted as he observed the flashing battle damage data. Immediately, High Mountain One's Combat Assistance System responded: "Drones prepared!"
"Combined Laser Cannon, calculate energy amplification!" Ye Yu looked at the three Invincible-Class Battleships arranged in an inverted triangle not far away, anticipation flickering in his eyes. Their firepower was overwhelming and kept them at a distance that made it difficult for Ye Yu to get close. Thus, he had to find ways to create some trouble for them; that was his best option. The most effective method was the newly improved Laser Cannon on the High Mountain Class, which was a crucial factor that allowed Ye Yu to dare to launch a proactive attack.
Thanks to meticulous modifications by weapon engineers from Silver Dragon Star, they could now combine several Laser Cannons together, resulting in a geometric increase in energy output! Of course, this approach had its drawbacks; at most three Laser Cannons could be combined, and after one combined shot, those three would essentially be rendered useless! However, that would be sufficient; Ye Yu believed that just one such attack would be enough to completely obliterate the enemy's energy shield. "Success!" Ye Yu instinctively shouted, but his hands did not pause for a moment. He was currently operating the weapon system to deploy drones. The sudden attack from the level laser cannon had clearly caught the enemy off guard.
Seizing this opportunity, Ye Yu immediately released all the drones. In an instant, these small ships, merely a few meters long, swarmed out from the belly of the Mountain-Class Battleship like a swarm of insects.
At this moment, since the enemy was taken by surprise, Ye Yu's ship had already closed in on them, charging into their inverted triangle formation. This way, Ye Yu would not have to face the concentrated fire from their three battleships, which would surely risk hitting his own battleship!
