No matter how human history develops, exams, which countless students dread, will never disappear. The First Military Academy, as the top military academy of the Federation, is no exception and places even greater emphasis on examinations. 0

Ye Yu, who had been working on a timed exam, was feeling overwhelmed. To keep his mind clear, he had used Mental Power several times to alleviate his discomfort. It wasn't that the exam questions were particularly difficult; rather, the sheer volume was staggering. Ye Yu glanced at the total number of questions and realized that aside from the final major question, he needed to provide an answer every three minutes on average for the others. Considering the time required for understanding and thinking through each question, the time left for answering was even less. 0

Ye Yu did not understand the purpose behind the First Military Academy's approach to testing, or perhaps he simply did not have much time to ponder this issue and could only focus on completing the questions. The atmosphere in the examination hall grew increasingly tense; within just a short while, that tension transformed into various forms of anxiety. Negative emotions are highly contagious, and it seemed everyone had fallen into a state of unease and irritation. 0

However, due to a significant boost in his Mental Power, Ye Yu remained vibrant despite having hardly rested the night before. He was familiar with most of the foundational theoretical questions; practicing Psychic Power not only enhanced personal combat ability but also improved reaction speed and memory to some extent. 0

The reserved time for the last major question was one and a half hours. Ye Yu had spent two hours completing all the previous questions; as for how well he did, that remained uncertain. The final major question was a comprehensive one that Ye Yu analyzed as a practical case study. The question was straightforward: without any support from weapons or resources, how could one gather intelligence from the Blue Seal Empire? He was tasked with designing a feasible plan to achieve this. 0

For most students who had never been to the front lines, completing such a mission would naturally require at least a basic understanding of how to smuggle into a border city of the Blue Seal Empire. Ye Yu was well-acquainted with this aspect; given his background, he often considered escape strategies. During his time at Arrow Training Camp, he had also undergone training in crossing borders and was familiar with routes into the Blue Seal Empire. 0

Moreover, Ye Yu was proficient in Blue Ink Language and understood the customs and culture of the Blue Seal Empire. If he could successfully infiltrate the empire's territory, he would essentially have succeeded. Of course, his feasible plan needed to be broadly applicable; thus, he also considered scenarios where individuals might not know Blue Ink Language. 0

Next came the challenge of approaching the Blue Marked People to gain their trust while ensuring his own survival. Ye Yu was quite familiar with these aspects since he was half of Blue Marked People himself. Much of what he learned in battlefield psychology applied here as well. 0

To steal useful intelligence would be difficult for just one person; assistance would be necessary. This naturally tested one's ability to lead a team and coordinate various aspects effectively. Having previously commanded Shadow Team, Ye Yu was no stranger to this area and found it easy to devise a plan based on theoretical lessons from class. 0

As for actually stealing intelligence, that would occur in highly challenging environments where boldness and meticulousness were essential—luck played its part too. The design here could easily leave loopholes since intelligence has always been a focal point for both nations. Ye Yu took various adverse factors into account during his planning; each step required sufficient contingency measures to maximize success rates. 0

After obtaining intelligence, there would be significant dangers involved. Many might think personal escape should take precedence in such plans. However, if the value of the intelligence outweighed personal safety, then priority should be given to ensuring that information returned safely before considering individual safety concerns. Ye Yu understood war deeply; he knew that in large-scale conflicts, individuals often felt insignificant. Ideals and fervor could be shattered by the thunderous sounds of artillery on the battlefield. 0

Ye Yu spent exactly one and a half hours on the final question before submitting his answers. The results from this electronic exam were generated quickly; scores for earlier foundational theory questions appeared almost instantaneously. Only the final comprehensive question underwent dual evaluations by an intelligent System and professors; if there were significant discrepancies between their assessments, even department heads might need to conduct another review. 0

When all the candidates had finished their exams, the results would be released at most within an hour. As Ye Yu submitted his paper, the others were still quietly answering questions. However, Ye Yu confidently left the room, believing that according to his design, even if he didn't score full marks, it wouldn't be far off. 0

The others had no time to pay attention to Ye Yu; they were focused on their own answers. Yet, to Ye Yu's surprise, less than ten minutes after he left, Peak appeared before him. 0

"You sure are quick!" Peak's gaze was icy. He naturally hadn't forgotten the punch Ye Yu had thrown a few months ago. For him, it was a humiliation, though he conveniently forgot how he had provoked Ye Yu first. 0

Ye Yu felt a twinge of guilt; after all, that punch had indeed caused Peak significant harm. He hadn't expected Peak's resilience to be so strong that he returned to school less than a month after his recovery surgery. During that time, Ye Yu had thought Peak would take the opportunity to seek revenge, but it seemed like the other party had forgotten about it altogether. 0

"I didn't know some of the questions, so I just answered randomly," Ye Yu said casually, though he was quite familiar with the material. 0

After hearing Ye Yu's words, Peak said nothing and simply walked away. As the end of the exam approached, more and more students began to exit the classroom. However, most wore expressions of concern; many were uncertain about their answers. 0

Xia Chiu, Nasha, Chen Tang, and Wang Jiu also came out one after another. They stood with Ye Yu in front of the Rookie Rankings, waiting for the results to be announced. 0

Time ticked by slowly. Just as everyone was growing impatient, their communication devices began receiving messages one after another. Since the rankings for Rookie Rankings would take a bit longer to finalize, individuals received their score reports first. 0

"I got second place!" Ye Yu exclaimed as he looked at the message on his device. Not long after the scores were released, his ranking appeared. 0

"Who got first place?" Wang Jiu asked as he glanced at the constantly changing data on Rookie Rankings. Of course, this was also what everyone was eager to know. 0
