At that moment, as the Star Beast closed in, Ye Yu shouted loudly. The Alloy Knife in his hand shimmered with a terrifying light as he swung it down toward the Third-Stage Star Beast.
It was a long story, but everything happened in an instant. At that moment, the blade in Ye Yu's hand seemed to tear through the air, producing a piercing sound of friction!
The Star Beast quickly realized the true direction of Ye Yu's attack, but it was already too late to change its form of attack.
Suddenly, an incredible scene unfolded. The Third-Stage Star Beast opened its mouth and let out a long howl, emitting a wave of low-frequency sound that was almost suffocating.
In that instant, Ye Yu felt as if his thoughts had come to a standstill, and even the momentum of the long knife in his hand paused for a moment.
In the blink of an eye, this brief moment of stagnation allowed the Third-Stage Star Beast to twist its body mid-air and descend rapidly to the ground. Almost at the same time it landed, its previously normal hind legs suddenly expanded and then forcefully pushed against the ground.

With a "thud," it sliced through like sharp scissors cutting through old canvas. Ye Yu's knife penetrated the tough body of the Third-Stage Star Beast as if there were no resistance at all.
With a dull thump, what had just been an imposing Third-Stage Star Beast was now reduced to two lifeless pieces, no longer a threat.
Ye Yu exhaled a breath of exhaustion; he felt somewhat drained. He had just borrowed strength from his Mental Power to briefly enhance his abilities, but this power did not belong to him and could not be used at will. At that moment, sweat soaked his back, leaving him looking somewhat disheveled.
"Brother Yu!" At that moment, a faint fragrance wafted through the air, unmistakably belonging to Long Ling'er.

"Of course! I just displayed my might; these guys are intimidated by my strength and naturally retreated," Qin Guan chuckled and turned to walk back toward the convoy. He didn't want to see Long Ling'er clinging to Ye Yu with a look of infatuation on her face.
