I was completely stunned, just a moment ago I was almost there, and now I was frightened, all my senses returning to me. 0

I looked at the woman. 0

Suddenly, she lifted her head and gave me a strange smile. 0

To my shock, wasn't this the woman from next door? 0

She smiled at me in that eerie way and then lowered her head again, continuing to touch me. 0

I gulped nervously and quickly pushed her away; this was far too dangerous. Clearly, she had been possessed by that Evil Spirit or was under some kind of spell. What if she suddenly opened her mouth and bit off my brother? 0

But the woman wouldn’t let go; her hands continued to tug at my pants. 0

At that moment, there was a loud Thud, and the lights came on. 0

It was the man from next door getting out of bed. 0

He opened his eyes wide and gaped in disbelief at the scene before him. 0

I felt embarrassed too; I pulled my pants up tightly, trying to shrink into the corner. 0

However, it seemed as if the woman had taken some kind of drug; she desperately clawed at me, trying to pull down my pants. She mumbled, "Honey, does it feel good?" 0

"You bitch!" 0

The man was clearly furious as well. He yanked his girlfriend over and slapped her hard across the face. 0

The woman fell to the ground, blood trickling from the corner of her mouth. Her eyes were dazed as she covered her face, looking at her boyfriend and then down at herself, realizing she was completely naked. She let out a shriek and hurriedly grabbed a blanket to cover herself. 0

"You still have the face to block me! You bitch! Sneaking around at this hour, making a fool of me!" The man shouted, grabbing the woman's hair roughly. 0

I knew this woman was being tormented by a ghost, so I quickly stepped forward and grabbed the man's arm. "Buddy, calm down. There's a reason for this." 0

"What the hell! What reason could there possibly be?" The man was furious, turning to glare at me. When he saw my pants hanging low, his anger intensified, and he swung a punch at me. 0

It landed squarely on my jaw. 0

I had never taken such a hard hit before; I fell back onto the bed, feeling a bit dizzy. 0

After hitting me, the man turned back to continue attacking his girlfriend. 0

Rubbing my jaw and shaking my head, I said, "Enough already! Can you at least ask your girlfriend what happened?" 0

The man was breathing heavily. "Ask what? I’m going to castrate both of you right now!" 0

I replied, "If you keep making such a scene, the train attendants will come over, and the other passengers will gather around. Let’s see if you can still act tough then." 0

Upon hearing this, the man fell silent. He pointed at me and then back at the woman. "Bitch, you really know how to push it! Doing this in front of me at night..." 0

The woman quickly shook her head, crying heavily. "No, it's not like that! I don’t know what happened; maybe it was a dream. I dreamed that you wanted me so badly that you insisted I do it with my mouth. I didn’t want to, but you wouldn’t listen. You tore my clothes off, and then I agreed... I really don’t know how it turned into this. I don’t even know him! And what kind of woman do you think I am?" 0

The man continued to breathe heavily. 0

I quickly interjected, "You two need to calm down. Honestly, this carriage isn’t clean; it seems like there’s a ghost here. After you get off the train, go find someone knowledgeable about these things." 0

The man was puffing on his cigarette, still visibly agitated. Even if he understood the reason now, calming down would take time. 0

After putting on her clothes, the woman rushed to the bathroom to rinse her mouth. 0

I felt a bit awkward watching them; thankfully, I had managed to hold myself back earlier. If I had lost control and ended up in that situation with her... 0

The scene was too beautiful; I decided not to dwell on it any longer. 0

I glanced at the time. With all this commotion, it was already nearing dawn, around four in the morning. 0

I put on my clothes, grabbed my bag, and felt too embarrassed to face the couple any longer. Instead, I sat outside on a bench, staring into the dark window. 0

Inside the private room, after a brief argument between the man and woman, I could hear the woman's sobs. She then recounted how she had been bewitched. Before long, they reconciled and got out of the car to find a local priest for help. 0

I rubbed my nose, feeling quite troubled myself. This ghost was rather despicable, and it had even followed me onto the train. It could easily manipulate a girl into doing something with me; its skills were impressive. 0

I couldn't afford to let my guard down. 0

I looked around; there were no ghosts in sight. I took out my phone to check the time—there was still over an hour until we reached our destination. I decided I couldn't wait any longer; I needed to deal with this Mask Demon as soon as possible. If I delayed any further, who knew it might become more powerful! 0

Moreover, if this ghost could entice a stranger into such actions tonight, it could easily lure a killer to come after me tomorrow night. I really couldn't wait any longer. 0

I took a few deep breaths. 0

As the train approached the station, I stood by the door with my backpack ready. 0

Once off the train, it was just past seven in the morning. I grabbed a quick bite to eat before hopping into a car. After arriving at Siyang County Town, I immediately took a taxi toward Stone Pot Town. Since it would be reimbursed, wasting a bit wasn't an issue. 0

After several bumpy moments on the road, we finally reached the town. 0

I took my backpack down. 0

Inside was a beautifully packaged box—the Face Mask packaging. This Face Mask had been sent from this location's Shentong delivery point to Wang Qiang, who then gifted it to Wang Yun. 0

The delivery person for this Face Mask was named Yan Bo Cong. I believed he would remember who sent this package since not many people sent deliveries in such a small town, and only about two weeks had passed since then. If Qin Hai were with me, things would have been simpler; as a police officer, he could directly inquire using his authority. Now it was just me, making it somewhat inconvenient to gather information. 0

I asked for directions and quickly found the Shentong delivery point. The place was relatively quiet; when I entered, there was only one courier busy at work inside. 0

Upon seeing me enter, the courier glanced at me and asked, "Are you here to send or receive a package?" 0

I replied, "I'm here to inquire about someone. Is Yan Bo Cong around?" 0

The courier across from me paused for a moment, then looked up and said, "Are you looking for me?" 0

I glanced at Yan Bo Cong, a rather handsome young man who appeared to be under twenty. I smiled and said, "Hello, my name is Song Fei. I'm trying to find out about a person. You see, do you remember the sender of this package? It was sent about two weeks ago by someone here, and I want to locate them." I took out the box containing the Face Mask, hoping Yan Bo Cong would recall it. 0

Yan Bo Cong looked at the package in my hand and seemed taken aback at first. Then he scratched his head and awkwardly smiled, "It's been two weeks; I don't have any impression of it. By the way, why are you looking for this sender? Are you trying to return something?" 0

I looked at Yan Bo Cong and said, "Come on, think carefully. I see that not many people send packages from your store; you should be able to remember something. Besides, this sender didn't fill in any information here. According to regulations, that's not how the courier process works." 0

Yan Bo Cong scratched his head again but ultimately shook it and said, "I really don't remember." 0

Just then, a middle-aged man walked out from inside. He was quite stout and seemed to be the boss of this courier branch. He looked at me and asked, "What's going on?" 0

I nodded towards the middle-aged man and handed him a box of Su Yan. "Sir, I'm trying to find this sender; could you take a look?" 0

The middle-aged man glanced at the packaging and smiled. "I remember this person! She came to send a package last time I was here. I asked her for her name and phone number, but she didn't fill it out because of poor signal; she hardly uses her phone." 0

"Really? How can I find this person then?" I asked. 0

The middle-aged man thought for a moment and said, "You want to find her? Well, I think she works at the crematorium on the west side. She seems to be someone who dresses the deceased. But that's just what I remember; I can't be sure because I met her when my father passed away some time ago." 0

"Crematorium? That lady?" I was taken aback after hearing this. It started to make sense why the Face Mask was designed with human features—because she worked at the crematorium and naturally had opportunities to do such things. 0

I continued asking, "Sir, could you describe that lady's features?" 0

This time the middle-aged man became a bit cautious and asked me, "What do you want to do?" 0

I showed him the packaging box and said, "Let's not get into that. The product I bought was seriously subpar. That lady sells Face Masks through WeChat Business. I bought one, but after my wife used it, she had an allergic reaction and is still hospitalized now. I'm looking for her to cover the medical expenses." 0

The middle-aged man let out a sound and said, "You should ask her for compensation. But I can't believe she does WeChat Business looking like that. People really shouldn't be judged by their appearance. Well, she looks a bit old, with a mole below her mouth, probably around fifty years old. Other than that, I don't remember much else. Oh, her hair is curly." 0

I quickly thanked him and, after confirming the address of the crematorium, I rushed out to hail a taxi. However, for some reason, every taxi driver refused to take me there as soon as they heard the destination. There aren't many taxis in this town to begin with, and everyone seemed unwilling to pick me up, which left me feeling quite frustrated. 0

Eventually, an old man driving a tricycle stopped and offered to take me there, but he asked for eighty yuan for the fare. 0

With no other options available, I agreed. 0

On the way, I asked the old man why taxi drivers were so reluctant to go there. 0

As he drove his Electric Mountain Trike, he replied, "That crematorium? It's said to be haunted. I heard that a few taxi drivers who liked to pick up passengers right outside the crematorium ended up having accidents. They either got cancer or suddenly went mad and crashed their cars." 0
