In a not-so-expansive forest, the trees lacked the ancient grandeur that typically characterized such places, making it seem less imposing and robust. A breeze swept through the woods, causing the trees to bow their heads and whisper softly. 0

What was once a vibrant forest was suddenly thrown into chaos by a burst of intense light. The brilliance arced through the air before crashing down among the trees. Half a second later, an even greater explosion of light erupted at the impact site, consuming the surrounding vitality like a fiery serpent. Waves of energy rippled outward, shattering branches and sending leaves flying. 0

Before the remnants of the explosion could settle, a figure much larger than a black bear—the Iron Giant—came crashing down along a similar trajectory. The dust and debris that had begun to calm were stirred up once more. One after another, Iron Giants continued to stomp into the forest. Soon enough, another flash of light followed by another explosion transformed this tranquil place into utter turmoil. 0

A sleek black mech distinguished itself from the others; it was not merely passive but leaped and bounded over bent tree trunks as it navigated through the woods. Following closely behind were various colored metallic giants resembling Titans from movies, each pounding their chests and roaring with ferocity. 0

The chase was fierce and relentless. 0

The leading mech suddenly slowed down, its Iron Arms gripping a large tree tightly. As its body spun around the Azure Tree in mid-air, it changed direction abruptly, kicking back at the pursuing mech that had no time to evade. The force of this counterattack was immense, creating a dent in the chest of the mech. It then fell like a severed kite, hastily disappearing into the distance and crashing down between two Azure Trees. 0

The mech released its grip on the tree and landed lightly on the ground. The tree behind it swayed violently due to the force but ultimately remained unbroken. 0

No longer fleeing, the mech stood still as its pursuers also came to a halt. The atmosphere felt strangely tense with thirty or so mechs facing one. 0

As silence enveloped the scene, a closer inspection revealed that these mechs were in disarray. One particularly fierce-looking mech appeared battered beyond recognition; its armor was nearly destroyed. To maintain high-speed movement, it had dismantled all its Shell weapons, leaving it effectively unarmed among mechs. In contrast, those facing it were in better condition; although most had also removed their Shell weapons to keep pace, they retained more of their physical offensive capabilities. It was akin to comparing a broken finger to someone who had been slashed dozens of times—a stark and unsettling contrast. 0

Despite this dire situation, the pack of predators—tigers, leopards, and wolves—dared not make any rash moves. They found themselves caught in a whirlpool of fear; their brief encounter had already been too bloody. From the open plains to this forest, they had witnessed one shocking scene after another—battles fought fiercely with machines left in ruins. What began with fifty proud warriors had dwindled to barely half still standing; no one could remain indifferent. 0

With their enemy motionless, Jufeng took a moment to rest. Truthfully, he hadn’t anticipated achieving such results. Although he had demonstrated considerable talent during his earlier sparring sessions with Bill, after days of training his control techniques had reached an impressive level. However, facing fifty elite opponents was no small feat. His ability to endure thus far owed much to Chuyang's "magic." 0

Jufeng's body bore numerous bruises from violent impacts; he was drenched in sweat and utterly exhausted. Beside him stood Chuyang, her expression serious and tense, lips pressed tightly together as her short purple hair clung damply to her forehead. 0

Suddenly, a beam of light shot from the distance towards the Mecha Group. The mechs deftly dodged it, and a brilliant white flower burst forth in a dazzling display. 0

But was it really just that? 0

As the mechs regained their senses, the figure of the damaged mech was already fading from view. Each of them cursed inwardly and howled as they chased after the distant mech. 0

Thus began another deadly pursuit. 0

Just moments ago, they had raced from the plains to the forest; now, where would they go from the forest? 0

On the Pirate Planet, under a No Moon sky, only the scattered starlight remained. However, after a night of turmoil, even the brilliance of Starry Battle was gradually dimming. The eastern sky was beginning to lighten, with hints of dawn appearing. It was hard to tell who first marveled at that pale light of dawn, but it truly felt fitting. 0

Indeed, the east was breaking into dawn; morning was about to begin. 0

Yet how many people had been unable to sleep through this night? 0
