On the second day after Jufeng arrived in Jicheng, the Hurricane Gang finally launched a fierce attack on Shi Yushu and his faction of the United Heart Association. 0

That night, a massive group from the Hurricane Gang set out from various strongholds, taking different routes toward Shi Yushu's base in Jicheng. 0

The night was dark and windy, with few pedestrians on the streets; even the wild cats that usually roamed around seemed to have vanished. 0

Suddenly, a large group of men dressed in black appeared around the corner. They moved with an air of grim determination, their imposing presence accentuated by the bright moonlight. 0

However, in stark contrast to the intense atmosphere, this group walked at an incredibly slow pace. For adults, describing their speed as tortoise-like would not be an exaggeration. It took several minutes for them to move from the street corner to a closer position, making it seem less like they were rushing into battle and more like a group of young women leisurely shopping. 0

Leading the way was a charismatic man, flanked by his loyal follower. 0

The follower glanced back at the dark crowd and, feeling embarrassed by their sluggish pace, said to the man, "Brother X, are we moving too slowly? Look at them; they seem to be out for a stroll rather than preparing for a fight. Shouldn't we speed up a bit?" 0

Chen Huoxiong had a cigarette dangling from his mouth but had yet to light it. With his hands tucked into his black coat, he appeared quite cool. 0

Hearing his follower's suggestion, Chen Huoxiong waved his hand dismissively and slapped him on the head, scolding him sharply, "What do you know? At this speed, I think we're moving too fast! Brother Jufeng is counting on us. Our main task tonight is to cruise the streets; if we can reach Shi Yushu's base at the slowest pace possible, we'll be heroes. Hurry! Hurry! Hurry... I’m not hurrying for you! If you mess things up by being overly eager, I won’t let you off easily." 0

The follower was jolted awake by Chen Huoxiong's slap and quickly nodded in agreement, no longer daring to suggest speeding up. 0

... 0

Shi Yushu's villa was private property; typically, meetings for the United Heart Association took place in a bar. 0

On the second floor of the bar, in a room resembling a conference hall, around thirty or forty people were crammed inside. Shi Yushu sat at the head of the table, his expression darkening. Opposite him sat several arrogant individuals who were clearly trying to pressure him. 0

"Boss Shi," one of them began, "how long has it been since Hurricane's crew arrived in Jicheng? We haven't had a proper confrontation with them even once. Have you forgotten who killed former Chairman Guan? This grudge cannot go unavenged! But from your demeanor, it seems you're not in any hurry. I'd like to hear what your intentions are." 0

The speaker was close to Guan Bochao and was considered the brains behind this "Imperial Envoy" mission. Shi Yushu often found himself facing this person's verbal challenges—whether it was moral high ground or provoking Shi Yushu's fears—leaving him increasingly frustrated. 0

Shi Yushu faced him coldly. The man felt emboldened by his connection to the current president and showed no fear. Just as he prepared to escalate his taunts due to Shi Yushu's silence, someone suddenly burst in from outside. 0

"Report. Brother, there’s a situation with Hurricane!" 0

The person who entered was the short man from the villa yesterday. Upon hearing his report, Shi Yushu and the Imperial Envoy both turned to him, but their expressions were completely different. 0

"Hurry, what’s going on with Hurricane?" the Imperial Envoy urged. 0

The short man ignored him, simply waiting for Shi Yushu's command. Shi Yushu coldly glanced at the Imperial Envoy before slowly addressing the short man, "Speak." 0

"Brother, the informants we sent out reported that Hurricane is making a big move this time. The entire Purple Jade Hall is heading straight for our base." 0

As soon as these words were spoken, the room erupted in commotion. No one expected that Hurricane, which had always been conservative in Jicheng, would make such a bold move. 0

Could it be that they are truly planning for a major showdown? 0

While everyone was in an uproar, Shi Yushu remained silent with his head down. After a brief moment of shock, a broad smile suddenly spread across the Imperial Envoy's face. 0

What a golden opportunity! the Imperial Envoy thought. I was just worried about how to get you, Shi Yushu, to fight hard; now this chance has come knocking at my door. Let’s see how you can evade this. 0

The Imperial Envoy straightened his collar and cleared his throat twice, causing the room to fall silent. He smiled so widely that his eyes almost closed and looked directly at Shi Yushu, saying, "Boss Shi, now that they’ve come to bully us, do you still plan to shrink back and not fight?" 0

Shi Yushu suddenly lifted his head to meet the mocking gaze of the Imperial Envoy, his expression darkening as if it could drip water. But the more he reacted this way, the less fear the Imperial Envoy showed; instead, he felt a sense of delight. 0

After a long pause—long enough for everyone in the room to forget to breathe—Shi Yushu finally moved. 0

He slowly stood up without shifting his gaze and after a moment let out a heavy cold snort before sweeping out of the room. 0

"Axiang, pass down the order: everyone prepare for battle." 0

"Yes!" 0

The short man responded promptly and followed Shi Yushu out the door. However, Shi Yushu did not leave immediately; instead, he paused just before stepping outside. 0

Shi Yushu turned back and looked at the Imperial Envoy, his tone unfriendly as he said, "Axiang, these guests have come from afar and are of great value. You must arrange for someone to protect them carefully. If they suffer even a scratch, we won't be able to bear the consequences." 0

With that, Shi Yushu slammed the door behind him. 0

Inside the room, Shi Yushu's followers began to exit in preparation for battle, leaving only the Imperial Envoys behind. One of them, who was somewhat perceptive, felt that something was amiss and suggested to the leader of the Imperial Envoys, "Brother, should we go out and take a look as well?" 0

Without a second thought, the Imperial Envoy leader gave what he believed was a clever response. "Are you stupid? Didn't you hear that the Purple Jade Hall is sending everyone into battle? The Hurricane crew are all reckless; why should we take that risk? Let's just stay here and enjoy ourselves. Besides, it's up to Shi Yushu to protect us properly; otherwise, I wonder how he will explain it to Chairman Guan!" 0

After finishing his statement, the Imperial Envoy leader laughed heartily at his own wit, and those around him joined in with forced laughter. Although the one who had suggested going out still harbored doubts, he knew his brother's temperament well enough to avoid confrontation at this moment. Instead, he also laughed along. 0

Outside the room, Shi Yushu and the short man entered the bar's main hall. Watching their men deal with customers, Shi Yushu's expression softened from its earlier sternness to one of calmness. 0

The short man praised him from the side, "Brother, your acting skills are truly impressive! Those fools must think you were forced into battle by them, unaware that they are about to meet their end." 0

Shi Yushu laughed heartily in response, his laughter laced with disdain as he said coldly, "Some people are just looking for death; there's no stopping them. But we shouldn't let our guard down. We need to put on a show. Have the Brothers prepare; tonight we're going to check out Jicheng's night scene." 0

As night deepened, the bar where the United Heart Association was based fell silent after Shi Yushu took the Brothers away. 0

Suddenly, from the shadows emerged a dozen figures, led by Hurricane's Gun God—Wenming. 0

"Ming Shen, when do we make our move?" one of Hurricane's brothers asked in the darkness. Wenming felt a headache coming on at this question. 0

"Isn't it already happening? You can call me Brother Ming or Wenming; what's with this 'God' nonsense? Where do gods come from in this world?" 0

The disciple, hearing Civilization's rebuttal, straightened his expression and quickly said, "That won't do. Ming Shen is a god in our eyes. I believe even a god wouldn't have such marksmanship; it truly is shooting wherever one points. No, with Ming Shen's gun, even if aimed east, it can hit west." 0

Civilization was known for his good temperament amidst the storm; he was usually approachable and enjoyed sharing insights on everyone's shooting techniques and basic martial arts, which made him quite popular. However, because of this, when it came to trivial matters, he found that the Brothers would not listen to his rebuttals. 0

For instance, he had corrected them countless times about the title Ming Shen, yet everyone continued to use it. 0

Realizing that arguing was futile and not wanting to waste more time on the matter, Civilization immediately gave the order to act. 0

With a single command, all the Brothers slipped into the bar under the cover of night. In less than a minute, they emerged once again. 0

It was still the same person. 0

"Reporting to Ming Shen: Target twenty-three individuals, eliminated twenty-three individuals, no casualties." 0
