The Underworld of Earth is composed of three parts.
The Blazing Axe of Blue Cat rules over Europe, Ikeda Kenji's Yamamoto Clan governs Across the Ocean, while Huaguo is responsible for certain affairs in Asia and Africa.
In terms of sheer area, it is undeniable that Huaguo occupies the largest portion.
Although the leaders of the three factions are currently absent, strategizing about the salvation of the Cosmos in Interstellar Space, the Underworld of Earth still has its overseers—namely, the three individuals standing on stage at this moment.
These three individuals hail from Huaguo.
Xue Wang observed the two approaching figures, one male and one female, as they walked gracefully in the gentle breeze.
From a purely aesthetic standpoint, the man was significantly more attractive than the woman, almost to a stark contrast. However, upon closer inspection, it became evident that while the woman may not possess conventional beauty, her demeanor exuded an assertive aura as she approached.
It was not an overtly aggressive presence; it lacked the sharpness of blades or swords. Instead, it resembled the way flowers and willows dispel the harshness of winter—calm yet irresistibly soft.
The transition from winter to spring is a force in itself.
The man's beauty was strikingly exquisite; it seemed that no woman could stand beside him without appearing dull in comparison. Though he bore a light stubble on his face, it was not at all off-putting.
Rather, it added to his allure.
The two walked slowly up to Xue. In past times, it had been difficult for the three to gather together. If not for the external influence of Shangguan Wangyu, they would have certainly remained apart.
Years had passed since their last meeting. In earlier times, pleasantries would have been exchanged without fail; however, now such sentiments had vanished completely.
"Let's get straight to the point."
"I hear you've met with Chairman. What was his attitude?" Situ Yu asked as he plopped down onto the chair that had been prepared for him.
Xue nodded, then glanced between the two of them, his expression somber. "The situation is not optimistic. Earth's protective forces have been drained by the Hurricane Army. The initial counterattacks have vanished without a trace, and there is currently no power left to resist."
This was the reality on Earth, surrounded by Shangguan Wangyu, unable to break free. It was like a frail woman being gripped by the neck by a strong and burly man, with no chance of turning the tables.
Mu Shu did not sit down. After all these years, her outfit of jeans and a ponytail remained unchanged. Though she was not conventionally beautiful, there was something about her that defied age. Time seemed to have left no marks on her face; she looked just like the girl who had dared to enter Washing City alone to meet Jufeng.
She crossed her arms, her fair skin appearing even more radiant as she looked at Xue. "There are still plenty of mechs on Earth. I don't think it's that they can't fight back; rather, they simply don't want to. Are they preparing to flee? Those mechs could easily lead this baggage away."
Mu Shu seemed much sharper than before. She was dissatisfied with how Earth was handling the siege by Shangguan Wangyu; in her view, it was far too cowardly.
Xue shook his head and explained, "We can't blame Senior Management. They must consider the interests of the entire planet. If they rashly resist, one or two cities might suffer greatly. They had no choice but to consult us about this matter."
Situ Yu interrupted them at an opportune moment. "Endless arguments are pointless. Let's see what options we have. We can't just sit here and wait for Jufeng to save us; we need to buy some time."
At his words, both Xue and Mu Shu fell silent. After a while, Xue raised his head and said, "Saint Envoy came to see me yesterday. They plan to contribute some effort along with the Religious Tribunal regarding this matter."
Situ Yu scoffed lightly. "They're just a bunch of warriors; what good will that do? Are we really considering sending them to confront battleships and mechs?"
Mu Shu looked at Xue, her face filled with questions.
Xue thought for a moment and then said, "If it's a showdown with the mechs, there's definitely no chance of winning. But what if we send these freaks onto the Battleship? I think the outcome would be different."
Situ Yu and Mu Shu, upon hearing this, became intrigued by the proposal. They looked at Xue and after a brief pause, suddenly asked, "Do you have a plan?"
Xue nodded and added, "The Saint Envoy and the Religious Tribunal are indeed powerful, but their numbers are limited. It might just be a drop in the bucket. Given that history has been at a standstill for so long, shouldn't we take some action to awaken the Brothers' fighting spirit?"
Situ Yu smiled slightly and said, "That sounds good, but how many people do you need?"
Xue pondered for a moment and replied, "With those two factions plus some elites from the Military, we need about a thousand people. It would be best to gather another three to four thousand to support these elites."
Mu Shu considered this and asked, "Will the Blazing Axe and Yamamoto Clan participate as well?"
"Of course," Xue replied matter-of-factly.
Mu Shu hesitated for a moment before expressing his concerns. "Even if our intentions are good, the chances of success might still be slim. What assurance do we have that we can infiltrate the Battleship?"
Xue chuckled; if Mu Shu hadn't asked, he might have overlooked the flaw in their thinking.
"Don't worry. Huan Chen has Drill Ships produced by Jinhai Industries. They're compact and can accommodate around forty to fifty people with strong penetration capabilities. When these Drill Ships mix in with the mechs, getting inside won't be an issue."
Upon hearing this, Situ Yu began to contemplate again and said, "But even so, it might not have much effect. Infiltrating could at most cause some disruption, but without follow-up attacks, we'll eventually be caught like fish in a barrel."
Situ Yu was right; if it was just such an attack, it would only create some disturbances for Shangguan Wangyu. But what would happen afterward? Wouldn't they just be gradually consumed inside the Battleship?
Xue turned his gaze toward Mu Shu and said, "So this matter requires coordination; we need to contact Brother Jufeng and the others in advance."
Mentioning Jufeng, Mu Shu's face slightly flushed, a hint of crimson creeping up.
The relationship between the two was delicate, like rain hitting banana leaves, with an air of distance yet closeness.
"Leave this matter to me?"
Xue looked at Situ Yu and said, "Among the three of us, you're the only one skilled in mechs, and you're quite good at it. The government will send people to feign an attack and then cover for you. I believe it's safer if you do it personally, but... there will be some risks."
Upon hearing this, Mu Shu had already made up her mind internally. "Since that's the case, there's nothing to deliberate. Risks have existed since birth. Since I'm already accustomed to them, what is there to worry about?"
"I'll go!"
