Thinking about it, I walked over to Hu Fang and said, "It's getting late. Why don't you give Li Zhisheng a call and see how he's doing?"
Upon hearing this, Hu Fang nodded and took out her phone to call Li Zhisheng.
Once the call connected, Hu Fang didn't say a word; she simply held the phone to her ear in silence. After a moment, she furrowed her brow and said, "The call went through, but he isn't answering. What if something happened...?" Hu Fang looked worried.
"If nothing unexpected has occurred, Li Zhisheng should have already clashed with Yang Master’s people by now. I reminded him not to be too reckless and to prioritize his safety, so he should be fine. And now, we need to focus on our own matters." I whispered as I discreetly glanced outside the restaurant, noticing a burly man standing sideways, occasionally glancing in our direction.
"What else do we need to do?" Hu Fang asked as she put her phone away.
"We're going to find Yang Master’s people," I replied, pulling Hu Fang up and leaving the restaurant.
As we walked, I recalled the route we had taken earlier and headed toward the hotel where Yang Master was staying. Hu Fang seemed a bit anxious beside me, unsure if it was due to her lack of confidence or concern for Yao Long and Death Apostle's safety.
At that moment, I felt a mix of emotions as well. Although we had a relatively complete plan and it seemed there weren't any major flaws at the moment. I remembered that the Leader of the Sun Warriors had likely never seen the real Divine Anomalies Classic: Nine Star Life and Death Diagram. After all, they had snatched it from me but hadn’t managed to hand it over before we swapped it back with Li Zhisheng's fake copy.
I was confident that the genuine Divine Anomalies Classic had never reached the Leader of the Sun Warriors because the voices I overheard back then were completely different from what I saw in him now.
This authentic Divine Anomalies Classic was given to me by Death Apostle, and perhaps Yang Master’s people had brought him in hoping to find clues about it from him.
What Yang Master’s group didn’t expect was that the real Divine Anomalies Classic had been in Death Apostle's possession all along. By chance, Death Apostle had handed it over to me.
I thought that initially even Death Apostle might not have realized how important this book truly was.
With this in mind, although I felt confident in my plan, I still felt somewhat uneasy. After all, Yang Master’s people were cunning, and anyone who could rise to a leader's position must be quite formidable.

Lost in thought, I suddenly heard Hu Fang say beside me, "This must be the place."
We both stopped in our tracks and saw several black cars parked in front of an ordinary-looking hotel. It stood out somewhat, and two large men were stationed at the entrance like guards for Yang Master.
I walked up to Hu Fang, expecting the guards to stop us, but to my surprise, the two burly men at the entrance completely ignored us and let us pass straight through.
We climbed the stairs and arrived at the door of the room where the Sun Warrior Leader was. Before I could knock, one of the guards reached out and knocked a few times on the door for me.
After a moment, the door swung open. The man who opened it, who referred to the Sun Warrior Leader as "Dad," exclaimed, "Oh, you actually managed to keep your promise and come back. I thought you would run away!" He stepped aside to let us in.
As soon as we entered, I saw Death Apostle sitting across from the Sun Warrior Leader, while Yao Long lay on the ground, covered in wounds. His clothes were tattered, clearly having had a direct confrontation with the Leader of the Sun Warriors.
"What did you do to him?" I shouted as I rushed over to Yao Long and gently helped him up.
"Nothing much. Your friend wanted to spar with me, but my son ended up beating him like this. To put it in a saying... what was it? Oh right, overestimating oneself," the Leader of the Sun Warriors replied.
"You!" I clenched my fists, gritting my teeth as I struggled to contain my anger.
"Since you've come looking for me, I assume you brought what we discussed," the Sun Warrior Leader said, extending his hand toward me.
"I don't have it; your men took it from us," I replied.
Hu Fang chimed in beside me, "Yeah, it was taken. You should ask your men about it!"
"Oh? How come I wasn't aware they had such skills..." The Sun Warrior Leader seemed skeptical, but his disbelief was something I expected.
"A few hours ago, I intended for my friend to leave with the book, but now we can't get in touch with him. Wasn't he attacked by your people? Stop pretending and hand over my friend!" I scolded while working with Hu Fang to lift the already unconscious Yao Long.
The Sun Warrior Leader chuckled. "I see. Then I'll just call and check if you're telling the truth..." He waved at the man who called him "Dad."
The man understood and quickly pulled out his phone, respectfully handing it to the Sun Warrior Leader. He immediately dialed a number.
When the call connected, he didn't hold the phone to his ear but pressed the speakerphone button instead. A rugged male voice came through: "Hey, Boss, I still haven't found the book here..." Before he could finish his sentence, the Sun Warrior Leader hung up and tossed the phone aside.
"You heard it too; he didn't find it. But that's strange... where could the book have gone?" He set down his teacup and slowly turned his head, fixing me with a sharp gaze.
At that moment, the burly man responsible for watching me and Hu Fang walked in from outside. Upon entering, he bowed deeply to Sun Warrior Leader before stepping forward to whisper something.
After a moment, Sun Warrior Leader turned to me and said, "My associate claims you hid the book in a restaurant. Is that true?"
Feigning a bit of panic, I replied, "Why would you believe me? If you don't trust me, then why ask? I think one of your men stole the book and kept it for himself."
"Hmph, still putting on an act..." Sun Warrior Leader scoffed. "In that case, I'll make you confess... Go, call back everyone who was tracking them."
"Yes!" The man who referred to Sun Warrior Leader as 'Dad' did not hesitate, promptly picking up the phone from the ground and leaving the room.
At this moment, I felt a deep sense of unease. I couldn't tell if it was due to the tense atmosphere in the room or something else that felt off...
