Li Hang stood up and sat down, his gaze never leaving Amy. As soon as he noticed her moving closer, he hurriedly dashed to the door and urged Wu Yi, "What are we waiting for? Let's get going."

But do you guys know the geography of this place? Clearly, Xiao Qiang was hinting at something, trying to undermine the earlier plan. Lin Yu couldn't remain calm any longer; he raised an eyebrow and interrupted Xiao Qiang, "Come on, time waits for no one. Let's get to the point."
"Alright, if I say this, please don't get angry."
"Stop rambling. As long as it's for the safety of the team, I'm open to anything."
"I'll go with you to find Wen Kai. Li Hang and Wu Yi can stay here with Amy; that should be fine."
Lin Yu glanced at the distracted Li Hang and the stunned Wu Yi, who was shocked by Xiao Qiang's boldness in changing the leader's decision.
"What do you guys think?"
"I disagree," Li Hang was the first to voice his opinion. He was wary of Amy...
"I have no objections; arrange it however you like." Since Wen Kai went missing, Wu Yi had been somewhat negative. He severely lacked enthusiasm and approached people and matters with indifference.
Lin Yu knew that at this moment, the members of Fourth Group needed to unite to overcome numerous challenges. In the days ahead, they would not only need to search for relevant data but also prepare mentally for unexpected events.
The four of them held their own opinions, and for a moment, the debate was heated. In the end, they decided to let Lin Yu make the final call, asking her to propose a solution that would satisfy everyone.

Wu Yi sensed an underlying message in Lin Yu's words and couldn't help but wonder if she was referring to him. "Who? Who brought personal emotions into work? Just say it outright instead of hinting around."
Lin Yu remained silent in response to Wu Yi's accusation. She glanced at him and then emphasized, "I have a suggestion. What do you all think?"
Xiao Qiang nodded, "Go on."
"The base will be managed by me and Amy. Xiao Qiang, I’m assigning Wu Yi and Li Hang to you. Take them to find Wen Kai. You three must be cautious; remember to wear your earpieces and stay in contact at all times."
"I can't leave you alone at the base; I’m not comfortable with that," Xiao Qiang firmly disagreed.
A soft light flickered in Lin Yu's eyes, but her voice remained stern. "Subordinates must obey the arrangements of their superiors. Now go!"
"Alright! Let’s move out." Xiao Qiang frowned but didn’t press the issue further. He called out as the three of them filed out of the spaceship cabin.
Lin Yu returned to her monitor, watching the figures of Xiao Qiang and the others on the screen. She turned to Amy and asked, "If they remain on the ground, will the electromagnetic link remain stable?"
"As long as there are no strong magnetic field interferences, it will stay connected."
"Alright, they are searching. Let's check the Cultivation Room."
"Amy, lead the way."
"Okay." Lin Yu felt a bit uneasy, but he couldn't pinpoint the reason. It was pointless to think too much about it, so he decided not to.
Amy rolled forward, maintaining a distance of about a foot in front of Lin Yu. When she fell silent, she suddenly blurted out something surprising: "Are you missing home?"
"Home?"
Amy paused at the entrance of Cultivation Room A1 and prompted Lin Yu, "Fingerprint verification required. No disinfection needed here." It was clear that Amy was very familiar with everything in this place.
Lin Yu instinctively extended his right hand and placed it in the indentation on the door for verification. The indentation was just the right size for his palm. The verification passed, and a pleasant simulated female voice chimed: "Verification successful."
Upon entering Cultivation Room A1, a pungent smell assaulted Lin Yu's senses. Before him were rows of various experimental biological samples displayed in containers of different sizes. The glass vessels were immersed in murky yellow liquid, and it was evident that the samples had long been rendered useless; none showed any signs of life.
Lin Yu stepped back out of Cultivation Room A1 and began recounting stories about Earth and home: "Home has been destroyed in the war. To compete for land rich in resources that hasn't been contaminated by chemicals, multiple countries resorted to nuclear weapons, resulting in the deaths of billions. Our young Earth is now riddled with scars and can no longer withstand such devastating destruction. Although humans are strictly forbidden from entering Nuclear Radiation zones, Earth is humanity's homeland. They have never ceased to yearn for their homeland and hope to return one day to rebuild their home, working from dawn till dusk, following the teachings of their ancestors and continuing their lineage."
Gurgling sounds escaped Amy as if she were sighing, producing machine language that humans could not understand. After a moment, she mimicked Lin Yu with a heavy sigh.
Amy deliberately adopted a more mature demeanor and refrained from asking further questions about Earth and humanity. This surprised Lin Yu. "Do you have any other questions?"
Amy stopped at the entrance of Cultivation Room A2, waiting for Lin Yu to pass through the fingerprint verification gap. She turned her head slightly and changed her tone: "I think I've fallen in love with Xiao Qiang..."
"Pfft, what are you talking about?" As soon as the words left his mouth, his smile froze. It seemed she recalled something and instinctively raised her hand for verification, her expression turning serious.
Amy was very sensitive to Lin Yu's changes. It waved its metallic claw arm, making a gurgling sound as it "disinfected."
"Oh, okay." Lin Yu walked under the spray disinfection chamber, and a refreshing mist poured down from above, enveloping her in a cloud of white.
The A2 Cultivation Room left Lin Yu in awe. She widened her eyes, unable to believe what lay before her. The air was fragrant, the grass lush and green; it was a completely isolated paradise filled with greenery.
"Oh my gosh!"
Amy explained, "This is artificially cultivated green grass, flowers, and saplings, all free from pollution. The room automatically supplies the plants with the trace elements they need, including six major elements: carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium; and three secondary elements: calcium, magnesium..."
With flowers should come butterflies and bees... Amy mentioned that there were no bees or butterflies here; everything relied on artificial pollination and a series of procedures.
While Amy was correct in what she said, Lin Yu couldn't help but speculate. Butterflies and bees might also be among the primary projects for scientists to cultivate. Just earlier, she had observed something resembling a pupa in A1 Cultivation Room, contained within a vessel. It was possible that just as the pupa was about to emerge from its cocoon, something went wrong for the person who was cultivating it.
Lin Yu listened thoughtfully, her gaze falling on a small and exquisite plastic flower pot. The pot stood six centimeters tall and contained a round, spiky Spherical Plant, which was quite adorable.
Taking advantage of Amy's distraction, she quietly slipped the Spherical Plant into her large pocket, planning to surprise Xiao Qiang with it later.
