The capital of the nation, BJ, is renowned worldwide as a global metropolis. After the Nuclear War, the World Alliance intervened, seeking top scientists from around the globe, along with some unconventional individuals.
Here, ordinary humans are more concentrated compared to other regions.
In the universe, the Eight Major Star Systems exist, with Earth being the third planet from the Sun in terms of distance.
For instance, in order from closest to farthest: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. Jupiter is the largest in size and mass among the five outer planets, which are much colder than Earth. Historical surveys indicate that these smaller planets with harsh conditions are unlikely to support life. However, scientists hypothesize that it cannot be ruled out that unknown life forms may exist there.
The invasion of Earth by extraterrestrial beings is not a new phenomenon. Some star systems are too small to support many species, while others are large but unsuitable for long-term survival and reproduction. Thus, those beings residing in the Eight Major Star Systems seek resource-rich planets that can sustain their offspring for extended periods.
Among the eight planets, Jupiter is both the largest in mass and volume. Saturn has the lowest density. Pluto no longer qualifies as a planet; it has been reclassified as a Dwarf Planet due to its insufficient mass and size.
The Mass Extermination campaign against humanity lasted for two years. During one raid, a shocking discovery was made: extraterrestrial beings were found inhabiting human bodies. These beings fed off their hosts' energy over time, causing genetic mutations and evolution that resulted in aggressive and bloodthirsty Wolfman appearances during moments of anger and emotional instability.
The remains of these extraterrestrial beings were frozen and sent to a secret research facility. Without concrete data and evidence, they dared not jump to conclusions about which star system these beings originated from.
The morphology of these beings resembles that of humans; however, their limbs are vastly different. They possess four arms and two legs. Their facial features are complete with eyes, a nose, and lips, but their skin is dark green and their facial structure is quite peculiar. They bear an uncanny resemblance to a type of insect found on Earth—the mantis.
Later on, scientists discovered that the initial activity traces of this being originated from the Blue Star System.
News of Blue Star Lifeforms lurking on Earth spread rapidly. Various opinions emerged amidst the chaos; some exaggerated or fabricated stories added fuel to the fire.
As humanity expanded its extermination efforts, the Li Family was attacked by werewolves. At the same time, they had to contend with another formidable enemy—the Vampire Family from Jupiter.
Jupiter is the largest star system among the Eight Major Star Systems. Given the harsh environment, the beings from this star system eventually turned their gaze toward Earth. In their eyes, Earth's creatures and humanity were heading toward self-destruction. They believed that in the future, they had the ability to restore Earth.
However, various adverse factors hindered them from surviving on Earth in their original forms and physiques. This was why they had to rely on hosts. After decades, even centuries or thousands of years, these invaders drained energy from their hosts, ultimately turning them into soulless shells.
Ultraviolet rays burned away the inner energy of living beings, yet the shells remained.
After humans obtained a specimen of an Extraterrestrial Being's corpse, subtle changes began to occur.
The low-level werewolves generally lived in underground tunnels. Amidst humanity's aggressive hunting and slaughter, they struggled to survive but were unwilling to accept defeat. They continued to search for Rare Serum; as long as they possessed Rare Serum, they would gain Ability and could become Wolf Leaders.
The Beast Werewolves, without a leader, harbored delusions akin to the legend of carp leaping over the dragon gate. They yearned to be the first to possess Rare Serum.
The deep and cold moonlight enveloped the Li Family's old residence, where faint howls echoed through the dense tunnels. Li Father resolutely decided to abandon Xiao Qiang and urged his son to evacuate quickly.
There were not many Silver Nitrate bullets left; they were given to him by a mysterious human friend whose true identity he still did not know.
Low-level werewolves had no other specialties besides their brutality and ferocity. According to legend, most natural werewolves lived in forests, maintaining a certain distance from human society. Thus, despite their extraordinary ferocity, they did not pose a threat to humans.

The werewolves began attacking the forbidden grounds of the Li Family. A fierce battle ensued, resulting in significant losses for the Li Family. The corpses of low-level werewolves disintegrated under the corrosion of Silver Nitrate.
However, the greatest obstacles lay ahead; restless werewolves filled the tunnels, eager for bloodshed against the Li Family. Those determined to obtain Rare Serum rushed into the cold storage room where Li Hang faced Xiao Qiang still frozen in the Cryogenic Chamber. He decisively activated the mechanism.
The Cryogenic Chamber slid swiftly along a groove, heading towards the deep, bottomless Deep Pool. Li Hang secretly thought that if they couldn't have it, then no one else should either; if it couldn't be obtained, it should be destroyed.
At the lower end of the Cryogenic Chamber, a secret underground passage led directly to the Deep Pool. The Cryogenic Chamber glided smoothly down the groove at high speed, while on the ground, werewolves had already attacked right in front of Li Hang.
With a loud splash, countless water droplets flew up as the Cryogenic Chamber sank into the water, bubbles rising from its descent. The Cryogenic Chamber rolled and tumbled, hitting a submerged rock with a light crack.
A gap opened in the Cryogenic Chamber, and water rushed in. Half an hour later, a rigid human body rolled out from the Cryogenic Chamber. The scene from earlier reappeared here: a Shrimp was searching for food, pinching the fingers of the body with its large claws, trying to bring them to its mouth.
The pain shot through him like a jolt, waking him from his submerged state. As he opened his eyes, he saw water all around him; his movements startled the Shrimp that was about to feast.
His head felt heavy, and for a moment he couldn't recall what had happened. How did he end up in the water? Yes! He was Xiao Qiang, and Li Hang had deliberately submerged him.
In that short time frame, it was too late to wake him with smart machinery or drugs. In a moment of desperation, they activated the mechanism to sink him into the pool. It seemed like they had given up on him, but in reality, it was to protect Xiao Qiang.
He had been asleep for so long that he even mistook plankton for his wife. Once truly awake again, Xiao Qiang gasped for air and struggled to swim up to the edge of the pool.
His first words were: "Wow, I really do have a connection with water."
