San Francisco is the most densely populated city in America, teeming with immigrants from around the world, particularly a significant number from Neon. They are not here to settle down; after all, this is the stronghold of the Yamaguchi-gumi.
A car slowly drove into San Francisco's busiest bar district and came to a stop outside a nightclub.
Two figures emerged from the vehicle. One was tall with wild blonde hair, while the other walked with a slight stagger, yet exuded an undeniable presence.
These two were Shasha and Target Eye. Target Eye was curious about why Shasha had brought him here. If it were for leisure, their demeanor would be different; he could sense the tension in Shasha's muscles, indicating that action was imminent.
Noticing Target Eye's puzzled expression, Shasha said slowly, "This is Yamaguchi-gumi territory; it doesn't fall under Jin Bing's jurisdiction."
Target Eye pondered this for a moment and suddenly understood. The implication was clear: they could take what they wanted without alerting Jin Bing. But could they really do it with just the two of them?
Shasha could read Target Eye's thoughts from his expression and chuckled lightly. "Lester, you should know I never act without preparation. Take a good look around you."
Target Eye scanned the area for a moment and, with his keen assassin instincts, quickly detected the lurking presence of hostility around them. He caught sight of shadows that hinted at figures concealed in the darkness—likely his subordinates.
Just as Target Eye began to grasp the situation, Shasha's phone rang. Without looking at the screen, he answered it. Frank's voice came through on the other end. "Everything is ready."
"Five minutes," Shasha replied with a nod, glancing toward the open balcony on the second floor of the nightclub. There, Frank was enjoying drinks with two assistants while in disguise as ordinary patrons. Seeing this, he hung up.
Exactly five minutes later, a loud explosion erupted from within the nightclub, followed by screams and shouts that echoed both inside and out as hundreds of figures rushed out from the establishment.
With Target Eye's sharp vision, he could easily tell that these were all ordinary people.
Another ten minutes passed before Shasha waved for Target Eye to follow him as they slowly entered the bar.
Inside lay a scene of carnage; bodies littered the ground while only fifteen armed men stood upright. One of them caught Target Eye's attention—an expert whose presence resonated far beyond that of an ordinary person.
The expert in Target Eye's sight examined the corpse once more, confirming that nothing was overlooked. He then slowly approached Shasha and reported with military precision, "All targets eliminated, no survivors!"
Shasha nodded in satisfaction. "Well done, Frank."
So he was Frank! Target Eye realized that the person on the phone earlier was him. Then he heard Shasha's voice again, "Have you noticed the body at your feet?"
Target Eye looked down, his expression shifting slightly. "This one seems to be the head of the Yamaguchi-gumi in North America? I believe his name is Shinoda Kenichi?"
As a former chief of Jin Bing, he was naturally familiar with every underground force. Among the largest Asian organizations in North America, besides the Hongmen, the Yamaguchi-gumi was the most significant, so he was well aware of the leaders of these factions.
"This guy is the younger brother of the current sixth-generation leader of Neon Yakuza, Shinoda Kenichi. He was sent to North America to oversee the local Yamaguchi-gumi operations. My men followed him for a week and finally figured out his patterns," Shasha said with a cold smile. "He was just unlucky to choose this place as a gathering spot for the Yamaguchi-gumi."
Target Eye felt a twitch in his heart; it was almost too easy to eliminate a leader like this, as if he had simply slaughtered a chicken. This guy was ruthless. However, it was precisely because he was ruthless that he wouldn't fear Jin Bing.
But didn't this guy worry about the police coming after him? After all, the police department in San Francisco had close ties with the Yamaguchi-gumi. Just as he thought of this, he heard Shasha continue, "Don't worry; we’ve already made arrangements with the local police before coming here. They have no further connections with each other now. From now on, this area will be under the control of the 'Skull Society!'"
"Skull Society?" Target Eye asked in surprise.
Shasha turned and smiled. "Yes, Skull Society, our organization, and I am its leader!"
Target Eye shrugged and gave an evaluation. "Very impressive."
Just then, one of the members from Shasha's team known as the Fox Hunting Team pushed a man in a white coat toward them.
As Target Eye wondered what this person was doing there, Shasha uttered something that left him stunned and incredulous.
"This person is called Yamashita Kenji. He can heal your spine."
When Target Eye stepped down from the operating table, he still found it hard to believe that someone could accomplish what even Jin Bing could not. He tested his legs, which felt more agile than before, and sensed the strength returning to him. A confident and arrogant smile returned to his face; he was stronger than ever!
After the laughter faded, a cold glint flashed in his eyes. He wanted Jin Bing to regret it!
"How do you feel?" Shasha's voice came from the doorway of the operating room.
Target Eye smiled again at her words. "I've never felt better!"
"That's good." Shasha nodded, then shifted her tone. "Since you're feeling well, it's time to get ready to work. From now on, you will be the captain of the Cobra Unit of Skull Society."
At her words, Target Eye's gaze flickered for a moment before he lowered his once-proud head and respectfully replied, "Yes, bss!"
