In the Shinkawa Star System, within the Solaris Star and the Purple Cloud Palace.
"They used some rather unfriendly methods to abduct Reina, solely to learn the highest technology of stellar drives to crack Ultimate Fear. This holds immense significance for the entire universe. To me, Ultimate Fear is a concrete existence."
The speaker wore a black robe adorned with skull decorations, his youthful face exuding a certain elegance.
If many who despised him were to see this person's true appearance, they would likely be dumbfounded, for he was none other than Death God Karl, revered as the embodiment of death and the ultimate evil.
"I don't want to hear about your Ultimate Fear. This place has been shrouded in intrigue for ten thousand years."
Sitting opposite Death God Karl was a burly middle-aged general, his imposing features and wise eyes reflecting his resolve. As he spoke, he tapped his head lightly, "In these ten thousand years, my thoughts have only revolved around the safety of Solaris Star and my god's safety."
This man was Pan Zhen, the Solar War God and the God of Sunlight Guardian.
Karl smiled faintly at his words. "Then how would you choose between the safety of Solaris Star and that of Sunlight?"
Pan Zhen frowned, then answered evasively, "Your question is sharp. My mentor studied you; although it was only for over sixty years and merely scratched the surface of a deity like you who has existed for thirty thousand years, he told me that you are an illusion."
As his words fell, he snapped his fingers, and suddenly, Death God Karl's body turned to ash from the head down.
"Such disrespect?!"
The refined Karl rose in irritation, glaring at Pan Zhen.
"If you could truly burn me to death, you wouldn't be standing here talking to me, would you?" Pan Zhen replied with a playful expression.
Karl spoke slowly, "Are you betting that I cannot retaliate?"
Pan Zhen shot back, "Your people used god-slaying sniper rifles against my goddess Reina!"
Realizing he was at a disadvantage, Karl's body quickly restored itself as he sat down slowly. "They are not my people; they are merely influenced by me."
Pan Zhen waved his hand dismissively. "You don't need to explain. I don't care about your Ultimate Fear! Even if I start researching it now and spend a hundred or eighty years on it, your war with Super God Academy and the demons will already be over."
Karl pondered for a moment before responding, "First of all, I am not the root cause of this war."
"What is your stance then? Is this a sin?" Pan Zhen chuckled.
Karl waved his hand dismissively. "I don't care. They call me the Grim Reaper; after all, my greatest interest lies in studying the void and death."
Pan Zhen pondered for a moment before saying, "Reina must not be harmed!"
Upon Karl's nod, he continued, "You want to use stellar power to blow open a black hole and release the void, right?"
Karl corrected him, "It's about driving multiple stars and black holes to interact. This process will produce several substances that surpass the understanding of the current era. If the operation of the stars is not unified—put simply, if it's not controlled by a god like me—some of those stars might be devoured by the black hole."
Pan Zhen fell silent for a moment before stating, "The Envoy will fight you to the death!"
Karl, however, appeared unfazed. "Since Holy Kaisa's death, the disputes within the Envoy Court have only just begun. The former Envoy King Hua Ye, who was recently expelled from the court by Kesha, is about to return. So it all depends on your choice."
"Me?" Pan Zhen shook his head noncommittally. "I just hope to find a way to ensure Solaris Star's perfect survival."
"Then why don't you consider switching planets?"
To this question, Pan Zhen provided his final answer: "Wherever the gods are, we are there too. Whether it's a star or a planet, I have no preference."
Hearing this, Karl finally smiled. "I think we've reached a consensus at this moment."
Pan Zhen chose silence in response, tacitly agreeing.
As they left Solaris Star, Karl's eyes swept across the galaxy towards Earth, and he paused slightly, a faint smile appearing on his face. "It seems there are still some variables in play."
Outside Yellowstone City, after Shasha dealt with the Wolf Fleet's second wave, the survivors from Giant Gorge City finally reunited with their armored forces from Yellowstone City. Together, they rushed towards what could now be considered a safe haven.
The Wolf Fleet naturally followed closely behind them—not too far away but not too close either.
Rosa watched their movements through her telescope and felt powerless against their relentless pursuit. It seemed they were determined to tail them all the way to Yellowstone City.
Rosa understood very well what the Wolf Fleet was after. However, knowing that Lianfeng was stationed within Yellowstone City gave her confidence that this damned Hound's scheme would not succeed.
Just as Rosa was calculating her next move, Shasha encountered an acquaintance—someone who never expected to meet Shasha here, especially since she had come in search of powerful warriors.
“Are you not afraid that I will expose your identity here?” Shasha frowned and threatened in a low voice.
In response to Shasha's threat, the newcomer scoffed coldly, “You killed one of my capable subordinates, and I haven't even settled the score with you yet!”
“He deserved to die!” Shasha's expression was icy. “I thought you were quite straightforward, at least more honest than Holy Kaisa. But who would have thought I was too naive; this is all just your disguise.”
The newcomer furrowed his brow at her words. “What do you mean by that?”
“Perhaps you should go see the good deeds you've done in Feleze, but before that, you must let me leave here!” Shasha pointed coldly to a place beyond the crowd.
Just as the newcomer was taken aback and confused, Rosa slowly approached. “What happened?”
