When Glen woke up, he had established a decimal communication system beneath the Void, implanted into the helmets and ears of everyone, solving the communication difficulties of the Northern Expeditionary Force. This system was called the Xiongxin Communication System.
According to Zhi Xin, this system could not yet operate independently and still required improvement, but it was sufficient to handle the current situation.
At that moment, Rosa proposed an idea, "Why not apply this capability to enhance the soldiers' weaponry?"
Zhi Xin thought for a moment and replied, "This approach is feasible. Without altering the soldiers' physical attributes, we can create a new energy source that allows them to fire energy projectiles using their thoughts."
"Then this weapon must be designed to combat Tao Tie and demons, requiring some limitations on its capabilities," Glen's thoughts became more meticulous over time; he was no longer the timid person he once was.

However, human strength has its limits; distant water cannot quench nearby fire. Zhengzhou fell, and resistance in various regions began to intensify.
Glen's abilities formed an elite battalion equipped with new weapons and gear of over a hundred members, named by Rosa as the Xiong Bing Company. However, many soldiers still lacked access to these new weapons. Thus, Rosa led a team of scouts to deliver the weapon blueprints designed by Glen to the Black Wall Command Center located in Yellowstone City.
It should be noted that Lianfeng had brought a large number of researchers to Yellowstone City; it was undoubtedly the second command center.
Shasha chose to stay behind because with the formation of the Xiong Bing Company came the mission to reclaim Luoyang City ahead.
The H Artillery Vehicle, a strategic armored vehicle crafted by Glen, was used to destroy enemy munitions factories.
The result was the destruction of three enemy munitions factories, followed by Shasha leading ground troops in defense. The strategic deployment was very successful; this marked humanity's first step in counteroffensive action.
However, the flagship outside Luoyang City posed a problem. As long as that flagship remained intact, Luoyang City could not be reclaimed.
"What is that circle around the flagship for?" Glen asked curiously.
"That's used to absorb solar energy; otherwise, how could they fight across star systems?" Zhi Xin said lightly.
"Do you have something like that?" Glen seemed to have thought of something.
Zhi Xin nodded. "Our Flame Sword is one. Wait a moment."
After a pause, a look of joy appeared on her face. "We can use this method to establish a shield."
"Is it immunity? I thought of that long ago, but I didn't dare because I thought it was impossible," Glen said, looking quite frustrated.
"We can use this method to approach the battleship; even if we can't defeat it, we can retreat."
Shasha shook her head at this. "It's better not to get close. This method can be used in war, but not for close combat."
Zhi Xin thought for a moment and suddenly asked, "Who among you has the ability to calculate wormholes?"
Glen thought for a moment and then raised his hand. "I do."
With that, he conjured a roll of toilet paper from his hand.
Everyone burst into laughter, and Zhi Xin couldn't help but cover her face. "That's dark matter calculation; mine is in the material realm."
"There is one person who can," Shasha drew everyone's attention as he slowly mentioned a name, "Rosa."
After Rosa, who was responsible for sending out the blueprints, returned, she was invited into the tent and learned about their decapitation plan.
"So, you plan to use wormhole capabilities to enter the enemy's flagship range?"
After receiving a nod of affirmation from Zhi Xin, Rosa did not refuse. "This method is feasible; I'll give it a try."
With everything ready, Zhi Xin initiated the data transfer, and then Rosa opened a wormhole to send Shasha and the others into the vicinity of the Flagship.
The next day, outside the camp, Zhi Xin placed a hand on Rosa's shoulder to conduct the data transfer. Rosa's eyes emitted a beam of void energy, and before everyone appeared a wormhole formed from that very energy.
Shasha led Glen and Zhao Xin into the wormhole one by one, leaving out any additional people to avoid unnecessary casualties.
Once the three entered, Rosa exchanged a glance with Zhi Xin, and they both stepped inside together.
When the five landed, they found themselves beneath the Flagship in the mountains outside Luoyang City. Surrounding them were the patrolling Wolf Star People, and many ground troops of the Devouring Army had already been filled by the Wolf Clan.
"If only we had encountered such aliens during the Battle of Giant Gorge City back then, we probably would have lost many more warriors," Zhao Xin remarked, hiding in the bushes with a hint of boredom.
Glen scoffed at this. "I don't know; why do you have so many questions?"
"Isn't it okay to ask questions?" Zhao Xin retorted with a click of his tongue.
As the two bickered, Shasha whispered, "Someone's coming; stay hidden."
A patrol team from the Wolf Clan passed by without noticing that five people had appeared in their territory.
Once the patrol moved on, the five emerged from the bushes. As the commander of this operation, Rosa instructed, "Zhao Xin, Zhi Xin, and Glen will act together. You can use your anti-void abilities for stealth. Whether you want to blow up the weapons depot or destroy the base is up to you; just create chaos as you see fit. Shasha and I will infiltrate the Flagship and aim to destroy it. If we succeed, this decapitation mission will be considered a complete success."
The five dispersed. Before leaving, Glen's expression was somewhat displeased; it was clear he wanted to team up with Rosa, but she had not allowed him that wish. It seemed this unrequited affection might end without resolution.
“Do you really know that Glen likes you? Why not give him a chance?”
Taking advantage of a moment when the two were moving, Shasha suddenly asked.
Rosa paused in her steps and replied lightly, “Just because he likes me doesn’t mean I have to like him back.”
Shasha was momentarily taken aback by her words and fell silent. After all, feelings were something he didn’t fully understand himself, so it was no surprise he got shot down.
Because of Shasha's comment, Rosa's expression darkened, and she ignored him as they continued on their way.
It wasn't until an explosion occurred that the Patrol Team and the guards were thrown into chaos, finally providing them with the opportunity to infiltrate the Flagship.
“I will use a wormhole to send you into the Flagship. Once the destruction is complete, I will reopen the wormhole for your return,” she explained.
