A man appeared unexpectedly under the watchful eyes of four individuals with keen perception and insight. This alone was enough to warrant Ruoning's attention, but she remained arrogant towards humans.
"Don't meddle in our affairs, or you won't even know how you died. If you want to be a hero saving a damsel in distress, you should first consider whether you have the ability. Be careful; if you fail to be a hero, you might just end up as a ghost!"
The newcomer tilted his head and smiled at her words. "How would I know if I don't give it a try?"
"Hey! You! Get lost! We don't need your help!" Make Cold snapped, revealing that this girl named Cold had a sharp tongue but a warm heart—a classic case of being cold on the outside but warm on the inside.
Ignoring Make Cold's good intentions, the newcomer waved his hand and slowly approached Ruoning, sizing her up. "Honestly, among all the female envoys I've seen, you're the one who resembles an aunt the most."
"Do you know what you're talking about?" Ruoning's forehead twitched with anger; this was the first person who dared to speak to her like that.
"Of course I know what I'm talking about. I must say, that guy Hua Ye is quite cold and indifferent; his tastes are rather heavy," he said with a sneer, provoking her further.
"Who exactly are you?" Few dared to mock Hua Ye in such a manner. Ruoning wasn't foolish enough to think that this human was as simple as he appeared; otherwise, she wouldn't have been able to serve as a left-wing guard.
"Me? I'm an acquaintance of your new Queen."
"Brother Xia?" Glen exclaimed in surprise upon seeing the figure appear through the void.
Zhi Xin, who had been worried about Make Cold and the others' safety, let out a sigh of relief. "If he's here, then we don't have to worry."
Glen nodded. "Indeed, so far, I haven't seen anyone capable of defeating Brother Xia. I wonder how we compare to him—who truly is the Super Soldier?"
Zhi Xin couldn't help but smile at the self-deprecating remark; after all, weren't they also in a similar situation?
If Ruoning hadn't figured out who had made Hua Ye suffer before, she certainly did now. When had she ever encountered someone capable of physically contending with the Sword of the Envoy?
Even divine bodies couldn't withstand such force, could they? Morgana would struggle to endure even a few strikes from the Flame Sword while standing still. Yet this human before her seemed almost monstrous; he had taken so many blows from her sword without showing any signs of injury.
"Have you had enough? It's my turn now."
As soon as the words left his mouth, a fist struck Ruoning with tremendous force, sending the former left-wing guard flying until she crashed through a building and finally came to a stop on the other side.
This scene left Silence of the Cold Three Maidens in shock. In their minds, humans needed to resort to self-destructive methods to deal with a weak civilization like Tao Tie, but this man before them completely overturned their perception of Earthlings.
Just as Ruoning managed to shake off some of the force, Shasha appeared above her, delivering a ruthless kick downwards. She hurriedly raised the Sword of the Envoy to block it, but the overwhelming power still sent her plummeting towards the ground.
As Ruoning was about to hit the ground, she slapped her left hand against the air, using void energy to lift herself up. With a powerful flap of her wings, she shot towards Shasha like an arrow, fueled by boundless fury.
Flames ignited on the Sword of the Envoy, scorching the void around it as a surge of energy suddenly shot out from its blade.
Facing Shasha's unique Flame Sword, she took a deep breath, channeling all her muscle power. Her right fist gathered energy and Vibration, unleashing a move called Big Dipper Friendship Breaking Fist that shone with incandescent light.
'Boom!!'
A deafening explosion echoed as a faint burnt smell filled the air.
A building crumbled and collapsed upon impact, while Shasha emerged from the dust and smoke, landing steadily in front of Silence of the Cold Three Maidens. She frowned slightly, "You run pretty fast."
Turning around to face the three women, even the proud Make Cold couldn't help but feel a bit nervous.
Shasha chuckled and waved her hand dismissively. "Don't worry, I'm quite familiar with your Queen. I won't do anything to you."
The three maidens couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief. Make Cold even managed a bitter smile, realizing that she had been indirectly saved by Shiyan, despite having previously been unwilling to accept that fact.
"I wonder how your Queen has been lately?" Shasha asked after a moment of hesitation.
The one who answered him was the envoy with the golden braided hair. "Queen is currently engaged in battle with the Demon Legion and has already integrated with the Holy Legion, preparing to head towards the Demon Star System."
Shasha frowned upon hearing this. He never expected Yan to clash with Liang Bing's forces. What was he supposed to do now?
On one side was his friend (or so he believed), and on the other was his partner. Why couldn't they just deal with those Tao Tie first before starting a fight? It was truly worrisome.
Rubbing his temples in frustration, Shasha remained silent, as did the three envoys.
The tense silence lingered until Shasha finally broke free from his headache and suddenly asked, "Is there any way you can contact her?"
This "her" naturally referred to Yan. The three women nodded in unison. Although their communication devices were down, their positioning abilities as envoys remained intact. As long as they could reach the envoy responsible for monitoring the Earth war zone, it would suffice.
"Then take me with you, Envoy Nebula."
