I had been living at my maternal family's home for over a month. When my sister-in-law was in confinement, Zhang Mo came to visit her and inadvertently revealed that I had been staying at the maternal family.

I lowered my head in shame.
Her body trembled with anger. "You silly girl, you're our family's treasure; how could he dare?"
"Don't be afraid. If you want a divorce, your brother and I, along with Mom and Dad, will support you."
"Sister-in-law, I want to cut ties with him completely."
She nodded firmly. "Alright."
I hugged her tightly. "Thank you, sister-in-law. Thank you, big brother."
My brother smiled warmly and said, "We're all family; there's no need for thanks."
Sister-in-law said, "Nuan Nuan, have you made up your mind?"
