That day, Huizi woke up promptly at 7 AM. Rubbing her sleepy eyes, she gazed out at the familiar street outside, yet a sense of unease lingered in her heart. 0

On her way to school, she walked slowly with her head down, her thoughts still immersed in the unfinished exercises from the night before. 0

Suddenly, a sharp screech of brakes shattered the tranquility, followed by gasps from passersby. 0

Huizi instinctively looked up and saw a small cat cruelly crushed under the tire of a bus. The gruesome scene, with bright red blood splattered on the ground and its innards exposed, filled her with disgust so early in the morning. 0

"How unlucky," Huizi muttered under her breath, frowning as she quickened her pace toward school. 0

At school, Huizi was always a solitary figure, one of those overlooked by everyone else. 0

When lunchtime arrived, she once again found a quiet corner to sit alone, eating her simple lunchbox in silence. 0

However, just as she had taken only a few bites, she inadvertently looked up and was met with a horrifying sight. From the seemingly inconspicuous dry well nearby emerged countless blood-red hands. They flailed in the air as if struggling or beckoning something, their nails stained with dark red blood—a sight that was particularly unsettling. 0

"Ah!" Huizi screamed in fright, nearly dropping her lunchbox. 0

At that moment, several construction workers approached from nearby, chatting loudly as they walked. Their raucous voices felt like a lifeline to Huizi at that moment. 0

Their sudden arrival nearly sent Huizi into a panic. She clutched her chest, gasping for breath, her face pale. 0

When she finally mustered the courage to look back at the dry well, the terrifying scene had vanished without a trace. The area around the well was quiet as if nothing had ever happened. 0

Huizi tapped her head, thinking it might just be an illusion brought on by her overwhelming study pressure. Dismissing it from her mind, she packed up her things and prepared to return to class. 0

As she walked towards the teaching building, a faint voice of a little girl suddenly echoed behind her. The voice seemed to come from a distant place, yet it clearly penetrated Huizi's ears, softly whispering, "Come find me... Come find me..." 0

Huizi's heart skipped a beat as she abruptly turned around, only to find nothing but emptiness behind her. A gentle breeze rustled a few fallen leaves on the ground, creating a soft sound that made the surroundings feel even more eerie. 0

Soon, night fell. After returning home and finishing dinner, Huizi washed up and went to bed early. 0

Just as she was about to drift off to sleep, something strange happened. Her phone, which she had placed by her pillow, suddenly lit up, followed by a series of notification sounds. 0

Confused, Huizi picked up her phone and discovered a bunch of bizarre and terrifying text messages. They were filled with phrases like "Help me find my body, or I won't let you go." 0

Staring at those eerie words made her too scared to reply. Her hand trembled, and she dropped the phone, quickly burrowing under the covers as if that would shield her from the fear. 0

However, the phone continued to vibrate incessantly. The buzzing sound was particularly jarring in the quiet room, making Huizi feel increasingly anxious. She buried her head in the blanket and pressed her hands tightly over her ears, but the noise seemed to penetrate through the fabric, relentlessly assaulting her nerves. 0

Just when things seemed to calm down, another wave of terror hit. At midnight, just as Huizi was dozing off, she suddenly felt dizzy as if she had been sucked into a massive whirlpool. 0

When she finally regained her senses, she found herself in the school chapel. The atmosphere around her was thick with an old and eerie aura; the stained glass glowed strangely under the moonlight. 0

At the same time, five other classmates appeared alongside her, all wearing expressions of fear and confusion. 0

As they began to talk among themselves, they realized that each of them had experienced eerily similar events throughout the day. It turned out that every one of them had encountered various bizarre and frightening occurrences. 0

It seemed that these six unfortunate students had all caught the attention of an evil spirit. 0

A few people were whispering to each other while cautiously surveying their surroundings. 0

At that moment, they noticed a coffin prominently placed in the center of the church. The coffin appeared quite old, its surface paint chipped and peeling, exuding an air of decay and neglect, yet it was empty inside. 0

Everything felt too strange, and an ominous premonition surged within them. 0

One male student, who was usually fearless, frowned and scoffed, "Hmph, what paranormal events? It's definitely just someone playing a prank. I don't believe it. I'm going home to continue sleeping." With that, he turned and walked toward the exit of the church. 0

However, before he could leave the school grounds, as he reached the edge of the playground, he suddenly seemed to trip over something and fell forward with a loud thud, exclaiming in pain as he hit the ground hard. 0

The remaining students rushed over upon hearing his scream, but when they got closer, they were instantly frozen in shock. 0

There lay their classmate, gruesomely dead on the playground. His body had been sliced in half by some sharp object, blood staining a large patch of grass, and his innards spilled out—a scene too horrific to behold. 0

Pale-faced with fear, some students even began to vomit. 0

As they stood there in shock, still reeling from this sudden horror, another female classmate was attacked. A piercing scream escaped her lips just before a shadow darted past. Her body seemed to be torn apart by some immense force as she collapsed to the ground in a terrifying manner. Her eyes were wide open in terror, and a deep gash marred her neck, blood gushing out uncontrollably. 0

Then they caught a glimpse through the church window; a ghostly figure faintly appeared inside. It was indistinct but radiated a strong sense of resentment. 0

Terrified, they turned and fled, running frantically toward the school gate. But when they reached it, they found that the gate was firmly locked. No matter how hard they pulled and tugged at it, the gate wouldn’t budge. 0
