Lu Xiaoran paused for a moment, feigning a look of righteous indignation. He turned to Huang Lianjiang and Huang Yudie and said, "Zhiqiang is nothing but a scoundrel to the core. To be honest, I can't stand him either. If you really want to take action, I'm willing to help you."
Huang Lianjiang's eyes widened in disbelief as he stammered, "Really... really?"
Lu Xiaoran nodded and turned away, using his Ability to conjure two sharp daggers. He then turned back and handed the daggers to Huang Lianjiang and his daughter, Huang Yudie, saying, "Wait ten minutes before you act. Follow my instructions, and you'll definitely be able to take him down."
Lowering his voice, Lu Xiaoran explained his plan to the two of them. After hearing it, both of them looked at the daggers in their hands with newfound confidence.
Their eyes filled with determination as they nodded in unison at Lu Xiaoran. "Then we'll do as you say."
Once the plan was settled, Lu Xiaoran returned alone to room 302. Upon entering, he observed Zhiqiang lying on the bed for a while. Zhiqiang was sleeping with his eyes closed, his right arm casually resting on his stomach, looking quite comfortable.
Lu Xiaoran quietly slipped away from the bedside and lay back down on his own bed. He took out his phone and checked the time. One minute, two minutes, three minutes. Soon enough, ten minutes had passed. Lu Xiaoran turned his head towards the door; he knew that Huang Lianjiang and his daughter must be waiting outside by now.
Knock knock knock.
The door to room 302 was knocked on. Zhiqiang stirred slightly at the sound, furrowing his brow in annoyance. He wasn't ready to get up yet, but the incessant knocking made it impossible for him to fall back asleep.
"Who the hell is it? So annoying!" Zhiqiang sat up with an irritated expression and quickly walked to the door, yanking it open.
He was taken aback when he saw who was outside. Huang Yudie was kneeling on the ground with tears streaming down her face, looking like a picture of sorrow.
"Zhiqiang, I was wrong yesterday. I shouldn't have argued with you. From now on, I'll listen to whatever you say."
Hearing her words, Zhiqiang's lips curled into a smug smile. It seemed that women needed to be dealt with firmly; only by instilling fear in them would they obediently listen to you. If you had been this obedient earlier, you wouldn't have had to suffer.
Zhiqiang bent down, intending to help Huang Yudie up from the ground. Just then, he suddenly heard Lu Xiaoran calling from the room.
"Zhiqiang, is this can here?"
Zhiqiang turned his head to see what Lu Xiaoran was doing. However, at that very moment, Huang Yudie, who had been kneeling on the floor, suddenly sprang up. She pulled out the dagger that had been pressed under her leg and plunged it fiercely into Zhiqiang's stomach.
