Lu Xiaoran approached the wall in his bedroom and lifted his leg, delivering a powerful kick.

Just as Lu Xiaoran emerged from Room 701 and prepared to head down the stairs, the door to Room 702 suddenly swung open. Two men and a woman burst out, each wielding a kitchen knife. They brandished their weapons and surrounded Lu Xiaoran.
"I recognize you. You live on the sixth floor, right?" One of the men with a knife sneered at Lu Xiaoran. "Hand over the food in your hands, and we might give you a chance to live. If you refuse, don’t blame us for being rude."
Another woman with a knife stood beside him, shouting at Lu Xiaoran.
The three of them lived next door in apartment 702. They had heard shouting and the sound of things being smashed coming from apartment 701 just moments ago. Feeling a bit scared, they grabbed their knives and went to the peephole to observe what was happening outside.
Quickly, they saw Lu Xiaoran emerge from the door of apartment 701, carrying several plastic bags.
As they focused on the bags for a moment, they realized they were filled with all sorts of food.
"Oh my God, how did that guy get so much to eat?"
The three of them had very little food left at home, and seeing Lu Xiaoran with so much made their eyes light up with greed.
"Why don’t we all just go for it? Let’s take that guy's food!" one of the men suggested to the others. He felt confident that with three of them armed with knives, dealing with Lu Xiaoran, who was unarmed, would be more than enough.
"Yeah, it would be a shame to miss this opportunity," the other two chimed in, agreeing that it was indeed a smart choice to go after Lu Xiaoran's supplies.
