Qi Xiao Kun looked at Qi Hao, astonished that he was still alive. He stood there in shock for a moment, then noticed the strange interaction between Qi Xiaomian and Qi Hao, which compelled him to move closer.

Huo Qi didn’t mind and laughed instead. "What’s wrong? I’ll be a better father than Qi Hao ever was. Now that Qi Hao is dead and I’ve been reborn, you all gain a relative who can support you. You don’t need to treat me with too much respect; consider it compensation for taking over this body."
Seeing that Qi Xiao Kun was seriously contemplating his words without any signs of rejection, Huo Qi continued earnestly, "Over the years I’ve been in your relative's body; every move he made was under my watchful eye. Playing his role is as easy as pie.
