Wang Meili launched a fierce attack against me, her expression nearly twisted with rage. If we weren't in court, she might have charged at me directly. The judge rapped the gavel. "The court finds that the Plaintiff's paternity test cannot effectively prove the parent-child relationship and is therefore invalid."
Wang Meili nearly collapsed in her chair, on the verge of breaking down. Suddenly, the opposing lawyer stood up and demanded, "We request a paternity test with the defendant. If it proves there is a blood relation, then it can be established that Wang Fugui is Mai Dacheng's biological son!"
Hearing this, I couldn't help but laugh. "Let's not even discuss whether I am willing to undergo a paternity test with him."
"Even if I were willing, my father had two brothers. Who can guarantee that he is my father's biological son and not my uncle's?"
"To take it a step further, what if my father and I aren't even related by blood?"
"What if I was picked up from a garbage heap? If you want to prove you are my father's son, you still need to conduct a paternity test with him."
The lawyer nearly fainted from anger. "Absurd!"
Wang Meili was so agitated that she almost lunged at me.
After the judge sternly intervened, she continued to point at me and curse.

"Calm down. The law is about evidence, not who can make the biggest scene. Can you deny this possibility?"

"Silence!"
The judge, seeing the situation about to spiral out of control, banged the gavel several times.
"Does either side have any new statements?"
I gently nudged my lawyer, and he immediately understood and pulled out a document.
"Your Honor, my client requests the recovery of his father's assets held outside, including the house and car belonging to Plaintiff Wang Fugui."
"The house and car are both in my son's name! What right do you have to reclaim them?!" Wang Meili was furious to the extreme.
The lawyer continued in a calm tone, "We have evidence showing that the payment was made by Mai Dacheng, and the original householder was also Mai Dacheng." "However, six months after the transaction, the householder was changed to Wang Fugui."

The lawyer produced another document.
"According to our investigation, Mai Dacheng was not present for the transfer of the house and car."
"Wang Meili handled the transfer using Mai Dacheng's identification documents. Therefore, we believe that Mai Dacheng was unaware of the transfer and there was no gift involved."
