Kexue Xin nodded.

The guards looked at Chen Anlin in surprise. Although they were merely guards, they had long heard of Chen Anlin's great name.
Moments later, Kexue Xin's mother and some senior family members came out to greet him.
Kexue Xin's father, Kexi, had thick eyebrows and big eyes, exuding a sense of righteousness. In his youth, he was hailed as the greatest swordsmanship talent of the year, traveling far and wide and making countless friends in the martial world. Later, he became the head of the Kex family.
Upon learning that his daughter had invited Chen Anlin over, Kexi was greatly delighted. With Chen Anlin's presence, those forces that intended to act against their Wan Sword Villa would have to think twice.
"Young Master Chen, your arrival truly brings great honor to our Wan Sword Villa," Kexi said as he personally poured tea for Chen Anlin, smiling warmly.

In this dark and unfamiliar place, he worried that his sister might be taken advantage of while escorting Chen Anlin.
