"I'm not crazy. Just think about where we are. This is the heart of the Yunmeng Star System, at its most secure point—Yunmeng Star itself. Now that even the Expeditionary Force's base has been attacked, do you really think there's any safe place left in this world?"
Cut off from external information, they could temporarily pretend that everything was peaceful, but once reality struck, they would have no choice but to face it.

After Meng Xingchen excitedly pulled Zhang Feng out, Yao Beiluo cast a strange glance at Lin Yao.
"Meng Xingchen has paired up, so we shouldn't just stand around. Let's team up in pairs and explore the nearby areas," Lin Yao suggested.
"Captain, I'll team up with you!" Zhen Zhen eagerly chose to cling to the strongest.
"I'm strong enough to handle this alone. You should team up with Xiao Qi," Lin Yao replied.
Since Lin Yao had said so, Zhen Zhen had no choice but to comply. The two girls formed a team, while Lin Yao went solo. This left Wang Jincheng and Yao Beiluo reluctantly paired together.
Wang Jincheng shot a disdainful glance at Yao Beiluo before running off on his own.
In the end, only Lin Yao and Yao Beiluo remained, exchanging silent glances before heading out together.
The external reception area was not large, consisting of a meeting hall and several small rooms. It was eerily quiet now; apart from the remnants of battle scattered across the floor, there was not a soul in sight.

"Got it!"
Wan Xiaoqi watched as the two discussed their battle plan as casually as if they were deciding what to eat for dinner, her expression slightly cracking.
