He noticed some oddly dressed people hurriedly passing by. Following one of the paths, he was suddenly stopped by someone. "Stop! What do you want?"
"I'm here for business," Wang Jiefang replied calmly. "Can I notify your boss? Just tell him I have a big deal."
The person who stopped him scrutinized Wang Jiefang for a moment. After confirming that he wasn't there to cause trouble, he said, "Follow me."
Wang Jiefang followed him to a courtyard where the man paused. "Wait here; I'll go inform my boss."
Wang Jiefang nodded in acknowledgment.
The man entered the courtyard and approached someone drinking tea. He whispered, "Boss, there's someone outside saying he has a big deal for you."
"Oh? A big deal? Do you know who it is?" the boss asked casually.
"I don't know him, but he doesn't seem like trouble or an official," the man replied again.
"Bring him in," the boss instructed.
"Understood, Boss!"
Before long, Wang Jiefang was led into the courtyard. He glanced around; besides the boss, there were more than ten others scattered in different corners. Using his mental perception, he noticed that the boss had a gun tucked into his waistband. Not only that, but most of the others also seemed armed!
