"Master."
A Mercedes-Benz pulled up at the entrance.
Lin Fan glanced over at Guo Xue, who was also looking back at him. She smiled, her delicate face lighting up as she said, "Good morning, Lin Fan."
Lin Fan returned the smile, "Good morning, Auntie."
With that, Lin Fan and Zheng Keke headed into the school.
Class time was always dull.
After lunch, Lin Fan returned to his seat and noticed an envelope on his desk. He took it out and saw it was signed: [Duan Xiu].
Lin Fan looked outside and caught sight of a small girl who glanced at him before running away.

He knew Duan Xiu; she was the class flower from the neighboring class. She was elegant, tall, and beautiful, with a gentle personality. However, she wasn't very talkative.
It surprised him that such a girl would send a love letter. He had heard that she had been in a relationship during her first year of high school. Of course, he didn't know the details since they weren't in the same class.
But he knew that many boys in school pursued Duan Xiu. Everyone seemed to be drawn to her soft-spoken demeanor and delicate appearance.
Well, a love letter... maybe not.
Lin Fan currently had no thoughts of romance. He simply wasn't interested in younger girls. Lin Fan preferred older women—the older, the better. The key was that they still had femininity. Ideally, he liked women around forty years old, who still had charm and looked youthful, as if they were only ten years younger. Just a bunch of kids, really.
Lin Fan chuckled to himself and tossed the love letter aside. The afternoon passed in a blur.
After school, Lin Fan walked towards the school gate as usual.
"Lin Fan!" Duan Xiu called out as she rushed towards him, her voice trailing behind.
Lin Fan turned to see a petite girl with fair skin, about a meter tall, staring at him intently. Her cheeks were slightly flushed, and she pouted her lips, looking somewhat annoyed as she shouted, "Did you read what I gave you?"
"I did," Lin Fan replied.
Zheng Keke watched from the side, feeling a twinge of hostility as Duan Xiu approached.
Duan Xiu came up to Lin Fan and asked, "I gave you a love letter. Did you read it? What’s your answer?"
Lin Fan replied seriously, "I refuse."
Upon hearing this, Duan Xiu's face paled slightly as she asked, "Why?"
Lin Fan maintained his serious demeanor and said, "I want to study."
Duan Xiu took a deep breath and responded, "Fine. Let's both aim for a good university. Which one are you planning to apply to?"
Lin Fan pronounced each word clearly: "Zhejiang University."
Duan Xiu nodded and replied, "I... I know."
After saying that, Duan Xiu lowered her head and walked ahead. In truth, during her freshman year, she didn't like Lin Fan at all. It was only later that he began to catch her attention.
It all changed during a sports meet when Lin Fan surprisingly won first place in the 1000-meter race. At that moment, she started to develop feelings for him.
Now, she was completely smitten. As she walked toward the school gate, her delicate face bore a stubborn seriousness as she declared, "Lin Fan, you wait for me. You belong to me. Only I will be your one and only girlfriend in the future."
Hmph.
Meanwhile, Lin Fan and Zheng Keke were also heading toward the school gate. After Zheng Keke got into the car, Guo Xue turned to Lin Fan and smiled, saying, "Xiao Fan, goodbye."
"Goodbye, Auntie," he replied.
