Moments later, two figures were thrown into the hall. Both were humanoid, towering in size and sporting wings, clearly identifiable as male demons. However, their transformations appeared incomplete; one was covered in scales while the other had horns and a body full of fur. This indicated that their bloodline was far less pure than that of the Demoness before them.
"Your Highness, someone has intruded!" several demon men lying on the ground spoke up.
Without their warning, Lin Aoxue had already appeared in the grand hall.
"Yao Chan! Instead of minding your own business in the Demon Kingdom, you come to stir trouble at Humanity's Border." As soon as Lin Aoxue emerged, an aura of Immortal Phoenix Fire erupted around her.
At the sight of Lin Aoxue, Yao Chan's pupils involuntarily constricted. It was evident that this was not their first encounter, and they had clashed numerous times before. Once Yao Chan had retreated far enough away, Lin Aoxue finally let out a sigh of relief. She turned to Su Chen, her eyes still revealing a hint of apprehension.

Then, she quickly altered her course and flew back toward the ancient city. When she returned to the ancient city, there was no sign of Su Chen and the others in the great hall.
"We've been deceived."
