Yun Che moved swiftly, not rushing to attack but gracefully leaping to the center of the arena. He quickly formed seals with his hands, and symbols flickered beneath his feet as an ancient and mysterious power surged from within him.
"Heavenly Gang Beidou Formation, activate!" Yun Che shouted, and it appeared as if an invisible hand was drawing in the surrounding air. Gradually, seven brilliant beams of light rose from the ground, corresponding to the positions of the Big Dipper stars, forming a massive array that enveloped both Yun Che and Poseidon.
In the audience, gasps erupted as everyone witnessed the intricacy of this formation, far surpassing their expectations. Even those well-versed in combat could not hide their astonishment.
Poseidon frowned slightly; it was clear that he had never encountered such a unique opponent or fighting style before.
"Hmph, a mere formation dares to trap me, Poseidon?" he scoffed coldly. A surge of blue light enveloped him as ocean water seemed to respond to his call, coalescing from the void into a gigantic water dragon that roared toward Yun Che.
However, when these water dragons touched the boundary of the Heavenly Gang Beidou Formation, they seemed to be halted by an invisible barrier, unable to advance even an inch. Instead, under the guidance of the formation, they gradually lost their original strength and direction.
Standing within the formation, Yun Che remained calm. He flicked his fingers lightly; within the array, stars rotated as if each one contained boundless power that countered Poseidon's oceanic might—indeed, it even seemed to have a suppressive effect.
He understood well that relying solely on formations could not completely defeat someone as powerful as Poseidon. However, if he could gain the upper hand within this formation, he could create more opportunities for himself.
"Poseidon, your power is indeed formidable," Yun Che stated with a calm yet firm voice. "But beneath this starry sky, your oceanic might will have nowhere to hide." In a flash, he utilized the formation's power to appear beside Poseidon and swung his sword. The blade's light sliced through the air like a silver thread aimed directly at Poseidon's vital points.
Poseidon reacted swiftly; he sidestepped effortlessly to avoid this strike, though shock was evident in his heart. He had not anticipated that within this formation, Yun Che's strength would receive such a remarkable boost that even he felt pressured.
"Well done, Yun Che! Today I shall witness the true power of your formation!" Poseidon roared angrily. His entire body radiated blue light as oceanic energy converged into a massive vortex in an attempt to forcibly break through the constraints of the formation.
Yun Che smiled slightly at this challenge; with his hands forming seals again, stars twinkled within the array. He knew that this moment was crucial for determining victory or defeat; he had to give it his all.
"Heavenly Gang Beidou! Reverse Heaven and Earth!" Yun Che shouted decisively as he thrust both hands forward. The entire formation seemed to come alive; the rotation of stars accelerated dramatically, radiating dazzling light that completely enveloped Poseidon's oceanic vortex.
