Luo Ligang awoke to the unmistakable gaze of his mistress, filled with disdain.
In the corner, a dirty-faced maid was sobbing uncontrollably.

Qiang Yi said angrily, “In this lifetime, I will never share the same sky with him!”
Luo Ligang, with a look of disdain, replied, “I’ve assessed it; her figure is lacking, there’s no sensation.”
Fuming with rage, Qiang Yi lunged at him like an angry little beast and bit down on his neck.
With all her energy focused on slandering Luo Ligang, she painted him as a villain beyond redemption.
Those listening nodded frequently, saying, “I know! He even swallowed you whole!”
Qiang Yi, with a face full of grievance and a quivering voice, exclaimed, “Yes! He’s so wicked!”
Earlier, when she sought out Luo Ligang, he had been stopped by a woman.
The woman looked pitiful as she confessed her feelings to him, but Luo Ligang showed no interest and coldly replied, “You’ve mistaken me for someone else; I’m not what you think.”
With tears in her eyes, the woman asked, “Is it because of that girl?”
“I will never love anyone,” Luo Ligang said flatly.
Qiang Yi munched on sunflower seeds, watching the scene with great interest. In her eyes, any man who made a woman cry was not a good man!
Luo Ligang remained indifferent as the woman ran away with red eyes.
Qiang Yi scoffed, “Luo Ligang, are you even a man? You don’t want that stunning beauty?”
Luo Ligang narrowed his eyes slightly, exuding a dangerous aura.
Qiang Yi immediately became alert; this man was dangerous, otherwise, he wouldn’t treat her “like that”!

“I want to see you suffer.”

Luo Ligang countered her question. “Why did you come looking for me?”
“I came to get revenge!” Qiang Yi shouted indignantly.
“Revenge?” Luo Ligang looked puzzled, genuinely not understanding.
“Don’t tell me you’ve forgotten! Back then, you swallowed me whole without even spitting out the bones!” Qiang Yi became more agitated as she spoke.
Luo Ligang was stunned. “Huh?”
She actually forgot! Qiang Yi bit down on his arm in frustration!
It turned out that Qiang Yi was originally a mouse spirit. When she had just transformed, he caught her and devoured her whole, leaving no trace behind.
She died unjustly, filled with resentment. After finally being reincarnated, of course, she had to seek revenge!
Qiang Yi bared her teeth and claws, looking as if she was about to eat him, but Luo Ligang was not scared at all. He even took her to bid farewell to the Prefect.
