Jiang Chen stood at the peak of the island, brushing off his clothes. After three months of seclusion, he had cultivated multiple attributes of the Great Dao. In nature, everything possesses its own attributes. Previously, Jiang Chen had established a foundation in seven attributes: water, fire, wind, rain, thunder, lightning, and ice. This time, he had also laid a foundation in seven new attributes: flowers, grass, trees, insects, birds, fish, and beasts.
Although these seven attributes seemed less powerful at first glance, their potential would reveal itself as he progressed in his cultivation. A smile played on Jiang Chen's lips as he lightly stepped on the ground. Spiritual Energy swirled around him like a gale, lifting him into the air. He soared above the sea and gazed at the vast blue ocean. "Come forth, whale!" he called out.
As soon as his voice fell, a whale surfaced nearby and swam towards him. Jiang Chen landed on its back and rode it through the waves. With these attributes of flowers, grass, trees, insects, birds, fish, and beasts, he could eventually control spiritual flowers, spiritual insects, and spiritual beasts. Often, these seemingly insignificant skills could yield unexpected results.
While enjoying his ride on the whale in the ocean, Jiang Chen took out his phone and called Jon Delson to arrange for his pickup. Upon receiving Jiang Chen's call, Jon Delson was overjoyed. To save time, he immediately boarded his private jet to meet Jiang Chen.
"Grandpa, I'm going with you," Alice said as she ran over.
"Alright, but I warn you in advance: I won't allow you to speak," Jon Delson said seriously.
"Fine," Alice pouted but agreed nonetheless. She was curious to see what this Hua Xia Expert looked like.
Over a hundred nautical miles away from the island where Jiang Chen was located lay another island that Jon Delson had purchased as his private retreat. This island had an airport where Jon Delson would land before taking a yacht to pick up Jiang Chen. He was certain that he would never want to return to this island again or encounter the Undying Dragon Clan.
At the dock of the island, Jiang Chen saw the yacht approaching swiftly. The vessel was about thirty meters long and cut through the waves with impressive speed. Standing with his hands clasped behind his back at the dock, Jiang Chen waited until the yacht docked securely before Jon Delson and Ronnie hurriedly came to greet him.
They dared not say anything or ask questions; they simply nodded and bowed to Jiang Chen.
"No need to be so formal!" Jiang Chen laughed; he hadn't expected them to be so respectful and restrained.
"Master, please board the yacht. I've prepared a feast at home with Huaxia cuisine; I hope it suits your taste," Jon Delson said respectfully.
Jiang Chen nodded in acknowledgment.
"By the way, Master, let me introduce you to my granddaughter Alice," Jon Delson said as they boarded the yacht while carefully observing Jiang Chen's expression.
To Jon Delson's disappointment, Jiang Chen merely glanced at his granddaughter without any interest. Since Jiang Chen showed no attraction towards Alice, Jon Delson abandoned any hopes he had harbored. People like Jiang Chen were not ordinary men; beauty held no allure for him.
Meanwhile, Alice followed her grandfather's instructions and refrained from speaking. She observed Jiang Chen with her big eyes. After several glances, she concluded that this Hua Xia Expert was nothing special—average height and looks—with only a slightly cold demeanor. In a crowd, he would blend in as just another face in the crowd.
