Luo Bai paused for a moment, then suddenly stepped forward to grasp her wrist. "Always, just open your hand. Let me apply the medicine."
Yun Zhi Yue's eyes flickered; he had actually noticed. This body did not possess exceptional horsemanship; she was still a delicate ancient lady. Just moments ago, when the horse had gone out of control, she had used her skills, but the grip she had on the reins was quite strong.
Her slender, pale hand opened to reveal a shocking blood mark, a result of the rope digging into her flesh.
Luo Bai took out the medicine and dipped it in. As soon as he touched it, Yun Zhi Yue gasped, "It hurts!" His hand froze for a moment but quickly resumed, though his movements became much gentler.
Yun Zhi Yue chuckled lightly. "Are you worried about me, Luo?"
Not at all. He scoffed at that answer. Yun Zhi Yue leaned closer, her face nearly touching his, their breaths mingling.
"Luo Bai, can I call you that?"
"It's just a title; you may call me whatever you like," he replied calmly, meeting her gaze.
"This injury was for you," she continued. "I know your ambitions and wish to lend you a hand. I will help you reach the peak."
Luo Bai's pupils constricted slightly as he stared intently at the ever-changing woman before him.

A smile flickered in Yun Zhi Yue's eyes. The visual impact and emotional allure of the day had finally broken through that barrier; she realized she liked him.
"Luo, only I can call you that from now on, alright? At least outside the palace, I can still be Bai Gongzi and use your name with my surname."
An explosion of feelings erupted within him. Luo Bai succumbed to his desires and pulled the woman before him into his arms for a fierce kiss.

The riding outfit was torn apart, revealing her delicate yet curvaceous body. Under his teasing fingers, she quickly blushed with vibrant color.
Yun Zhi Yue gasped softly, "It's daytime; there are servants outside."

Yun Zhi Yue scoffed internally; it was clear he was looking for an excuse to take advantage of her—what a scoundrel!
Her face flushed crimson, her eyes hazy, as she clutched the well-dressed Luo Bai in shock. How much courtly secret arts had this person studied? She couldn't believe he was one of her subordinates. It was simply too difficult to articulate.
That said, she had learned these skills to please the Emperor, so why was a eunuch so knowledgeable and proficient? Had he served others before? The thought made her uneasy.
Taking a deep breath to steady her trembling body, she disregarded her own state of undress and hugged Luo Bai tightly, murmuring, "Why do you know these things if you're a eunuch?"

The servant didn't want to speak.
