Yun Zhi Yue smiled at the lively little ones, not bothering to explain her identity.
"Is this it for today? Thank you all for coming to the Underworld to observe," she said.
"Is it really over?" Yun Zhi Yue thought, feeling slighted for not even receiving an invitation. A handsome man dressed in a Moon White Robe emerged from the void of the silent night, his cold and elegant demeanor striking.
Many gasped in surprise, "It's the Heavenly Emperor! He has finally shown himself after such a long absence; surely there will be a grand performance today."
Yun Zhi Yue cast a deep glance at Yue Qi. "You actually broke through. How did you manage to shatter the Heaven and Earth Bestow Mandate in such a short time?"
Yue Qi looked at Yun Zhi Yue with gentle eyes, and that gaze sent a familiar chill through her bones. Almost instinctively, she took a step back.
Her body was encircled by strong arms; Li Shang looked at her with concern. Yun Zhi Yue didn’t care about anyone else’s gaze and tightly clung to Li Shang's waist, her memories swirling in her mind, making her dizzy.
The Reincarnation Stone was bound to Yun Zhi Yue’s soul, allowing it to sense her emotions most acutely. Realizing something was amiss, it quickly urged the Ten Yama Kings to clear the area.
The crowd was eager to watch the spectacle but needed to ensure they were worthy enough to stay, so they began to withdraw.

Yue Qi, however, seemed in good spirits as he gently touched the three infants bound by the Reincarnation Stone.
With a smile, he explained, "As for the Lord of Spirits, she is indeed remarkable. Back in Tai Chu, there was a little girl—or perhaps a small grass—who possessed extraordinary talent. Most importantly, she was very intelligent."
While others struggled for breakthroughs as Dao Masters through arduous training or clever schemes, she abandoned the path of cultivation and created her own spiritual system. No matter how one practiced, one could never escape spiritual power.
She chose to master spiritual power instead of the Dao and became unparalleled among Dao Masters; no one in Tai Chu could rival her, earning her the title of Lord of Spirits.
Yun Shijiu's eyes widened in disbelief. "Is my sister really that strong?"
Su Ye glanced at Yue Qi with apprehension and speculated cautiously, "The story isn't finished yet, is it?"
Yue Qi smirked. "Indeed. Such an exceptional Xiu Nu child would naturally attract the attention of the Creator of this world; they admired and liked that little grass very much and proposed that she transcend and abandon her mortal ties."
At this point, Yue Qi sighed helplessly. "But this little grass was unwilling; she couldn't part with her loved ones or dear friends and insisted on relying on herself to transcend and become the next deity."
How laughable that notion was! She didn’t understand that once she was born from the Creator of the World, there would be no chance to refuse. Consequently, those close to her would see her as an enemy; everything she couldn’t let go of would turn into arrows aimed at herself.
When no one loved her in the world and everyone wished to devour her flesh and bones, they thought she would beg for transcendence. But no—she destroyed herself before the deity without them ever realizing it.
Li Shang tightened his embrace around Yun Zhi Yue, his murderous intent impossible to conceal.
Stepping out of Wujie, the Underworld was shrouded by Wu Yue Jian’s killing intent.
Yun Zhi Yue glanced at Yue Qi with despair in her eyes: "Did you erase Yue Qi's consciousness, or were you always him?"
Yue Qi smiled faintly and remained silent.
Yun Zhi Yue's tears flowed uncontrollably: "So, it wasn't enough to trample on everything I had; you even had to take my emotions. What did I do wrong? I was merely a little reckless, merely rejecting you."
