However, Venom Scorpion proved to be a cunning opponent; at the moment of being surrounded, he detonated several concealed explosives in an attempt to cover his escape. Chen Rui reacted swiftly, commanding his squad to evacuate from the explosion area while personally leading a small team in pursuit of Venom Scorpion.
After a chase filled with intense confrontations, Chen Rui ultimately cornered Venom Scorpion. He aimed his gun at Venom Scorpion and coldly asked, "What is Black Hawk's next target?"
Venom Scorpion sneered maniacally: "You can't stop him! Black Hawk will turn the entire Special Zone into ruins; you so-called Alliance are nothing but playthings in his hands!"
Venom Scorpion’s words tightened Chen Rui’s heart; he realized that Black Hawk’s plan was far more insane than he had imagined. With Venom Scorpion’s death, Black Hawk’s next move was about to come to light.
Upon returning to Alliance Headquarters, Chen Rui relayed Venom Scorpion’s final words to senior officials, and everyone felt an overwhelming sense of crisis. What were Black Hawk’s true intentions?
