The sudden retreat of Black Hawk left Chen Rui feeling exceptionally uneasy. In the command center, Chen Rui gathered the core members to review the entire operation. At that moment, Aileen handed him a piece of the latest intelligence, her expression grave.
"We found a crystal in a corner of the warehouse, which seems to store some confidential information from the Shadow Alliance," Aileen said.
"What’s in the crystal?" Chen Rui asked quickly.
"The technicians are still decrypting it, but initial tests show that it records part of the Shadow Alliance's operational plans and Black Hawk's movements," Aileen replied. "However, this crystal may have been intentionally left behind; Black Hawk never easily exposes his operations."
After a moment of silence, Chen Rui nodded. "Since this is a trap, we will turn it against him. Even if it is a trap, as long as we use it wisely, we might force Black Hawk out."
Zhao Yunshan spoke slowly from the side, "If Black Hawk left the crystal to make us waste our efforts on false intelligence, then we can play along and make him think he has ensnared us."

Chen Rui realized that the situation was more complex than he had anticipated. Black Hawk was not simply trying to escape capture; his true goal was to completely paralyze the city's operational systems in order to weaken the alliance's power and incite social panic.
That evening, Chen Rui urgently convened senior members of the alliance and devised a bolder plan in the conference room. Since Black Hawk intended to launch a large-scale attack, they would set traps at key facilities and use these facilities as bait to capture him entirely.
The atmosphere in the conference room was tense and solemn; everyone knew that the success or failure of this operation would determine the safety of the entire city. Zhao Yunshan looked at Chen Rui with grave concern: "This operation carries significant risks; if we fail, the consequences could be dire."
